“After dinner and visiting a friend, we decided to grab a quick sweet treat from DQ! 🍦

Sadly, the DQ in Fernley closed awhile back. I honestly think if they had a drive-thru, they probably could have stayed open for business.

Of course, I had to get my favorite chocolate-dipped cone! 🍫🍦 DQ has the best!

Tonight, the person taking our order was really pleasant and provided one of the better customer service experiences we’ve had here. We believe he was also the same person working the drive-thru.

He was a young adult, possibly a high school or college student, and I believe his name may have been Lucas? I’m not 100% sure, but if that’s correct, I definitely wanted to give him a shoutout for being friendly and pleasant!

“Every time I come here (which has been significantly more while pregnant) they seem to be short staffed, with one or two employees running around managing everything. However, the staff (and it’s always someone different) has been kind, tries their best with the resources they have, and still takes the time to offer my dog a pup cup (lol). Food’s average, it’s fast food, but everyone who works at this Sonic is putting in WORK and deserves to be recognized!“
