“Was warmly greeted with a pleasant hello and smile from Cody who took my order. I ordered just one item and discovered I was a little short on the total amount for my sandwich and Cody graciously said he would take care of the rest of the amount which was so generous and kind of him to do that. The only issue I had was the breakfast sandwich was only luke warm and not hot. There was a female employee behind the counter who made a rude comment towards Cody and said "You don't belong up front here". I was so grateful to have Cody come up and help me, as there was nobody coming up to the counter to take my order. Thanks Cody for the great customer service and the kindness that you extended to me on my visit!“

“I’m from North Charleston, SC but I reside in Virginia Beach, VA neither of these cities have a Jack-in-the-Box so when I came to the West Coast for a work trip for a month, I had to come visit. The first visit made me fall in love. I love Jack-in-the-Box. Everytime that I’ve gone during this work trip I get excellent customer service. The employees are friendly and sweet and my food is always cooked and even packaged to perfection. My friends and coworkers even agree. The best part is that they’re open until 1:30 AM and you can order breakfast lunch or dinner all day. If you’ve never been to Jack-in-the-Box, I’m telling you go visit one today!!!“

“Yes, it's a McDonald's restaurant and the food, drinks, and service are outstanding. This location provides servers that bring your meal to your table. The restaurant is very clean and well organized. Plenty of parking and clean bathrooms.“
