Actually, this is probably the best fast food place in Fernley. The management is really cool too. When I was in there, I had to wait a bit, but it didn't matter because the chicken was really good, it was really clean, and the managers are really nice. So I would definitely recommend this if you enjoy chicken.
This is the ONLY place in town that has never messed up our order and the service is always on point! Then last night (5-10-23 around 8pm) I went through the drive thru and received the hands down BEST service! I have worked this industry for several of my younger years and still I was seriously impressed! You guys deserve a hefty raise, thank you!

Not sure if it's because staff is overwhelmed, new or what but the last 2 times I've ordered food online and try to get there around the time they tell me it's ready, it's not. The 1st time, they hadn't gotten to the order yet, waited another 15-20 minutes. The 2nd time, got there 10 minutes after the time and still had to wait 10 minutes while they made more biscuits. Timing is everything, folks, if my food is not ready, don't tell me it is.
