The dinner was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Service throughout my visit was exceptional, and every detail felt well taken care of. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I look forward to returning again in the future.

They were very under staffed. They were also out of half the menu. We ordered five entrees and everything was not has described. My chicken came with gravy and balsamic vinegar was not a great combo to be totally transparent. We ordered butter pasta and it came out with way to much as a soup in oil and vegetables. It was very sour. I would not recommend this to any buddy passing through.

Very disappointing. I would not recommend to anyone. Very expensive for the portions, tasteless, and poor service. Better go to one of the restaurants around the resort.
Awful. It is not tasty and it is overpriced. Just a good at all costs.
Our first and our last time at 1862 restaurant. We had reservations for my birthday and still waited. It is evident they are short staffed. The waitress made excuses of this. Their air conditioning was on the fritz, we waited over an hour for our food, and still my baked potato was not fully cooked or even warm. No one ever came back to check on our meals or refill our drinks. And my birthday ice cream never came. I'd say Don't bother with this mismanaged joke of a restaurant. Also many items were not even available from the menu. Skip it.
The food was great! The calamari fritte was cooked nice and tender. The spinach salad was interesting and fantastic. The potato gratin side dish was awesome. The jumbo prawns were good too. I also enjoyed the Pink Starburst cocktail. I like sweet drinks. It took us a while to try this place, but we're glad we did! The service was slow (when they weren't crowded on a Thursday at 4pm) but friendly and accurate.

Very interesting history and the facility has been restored and maintained well. Beautiful views.
I ordered the bison burger and a cheeseburger off the kids menu. The burger was cooked perfectly but not seasoned at all . Very bland. Both meals came with French fries with a ton of pepper. I don't mind it but how many little kids want pepper on their French fries? I said something to the waitress and she immediately had fresh ones made without the pepper.

I had French dip. It came with fries. Food was hot and very good. Our waitress was Amber, she was awesome! Checked on us. Got us plenty of napkins and was very kind.

The food was just above average, and came at odd times during the meal. Service was good. Very nice atmosphere overlooking the mineral springs.
