Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights so was able to visit baby cakes a few times and the chef salad was amazing, seemed fresh and got 2 meals out of it, the Bundt cake and muffin were good but slightly dry, and the drink selection was decent. Only complaint was that the service wasn't stellar, especially late in the day. One night there were 3 workers with only 1 helping customers while the other 2 worked supplies, even though there were 6 people in line, so it took a while to...
Rude staff. This is not the first time, and this staff is always rude. I love bakery here, but every time, this person (her name starts with B) always acting rude to customers. I noticed it happened to the person after me as well. Service mind is very important. I hope the owner will take note. I'm very disappointed.
Love that this is a 24/7 spot which is great for specialty coffee and pastries at all hours.
