I went in a few days ago, mid day. I was greeted by a very nice young lady from behind the counter. When I gave her my order, she lit up , like that was her favorite also. She asked what flavors of ice cream I wanted, and also told me all the choices of toppings I could choose from. I was honestly a little hesitant about going here after reading the reviews, so it was a delightful pleasure to have received excellent service with a smile, and my Banana Royale was absolutely delicious...read full review
It was not busy at all on an early Monday evening. The banana split was made perfectly with a good amount of toppings. The cones were a nice size scoop and the ice cream is like all Baskin-Robbins. We really enjoy the different flavors and the consistency of their ice creams.I do wish there were more take home flavor options in the pre scooped containers, but you can get any of the flavors in a quart to go, it just costs more.They also offer a decent variety of pre-made ice cream...read full review

The ice cream is always incredible, but this is the absolute strangest building for a baskin robins. It's this weird, isolated shoe box with little-to-no seating, meaning you have to take your ice cream to-go in 117 degree summers. A little weird by design. Ice cream and waffle cones are still delicious though, even when they're melting! HahahaJust to add, the service is always lovely.
