I once loved going to Cafe Rio and would have given it a 5 star but over they years the quality and flavor of the food isn't as good as it once was. Now I think it is just okay.
I did not enjoy the way they are taking romaine lettuce and shredding it with a dull blade. It was mangled and wet and very unappetizing. I usually love their food, but this lettuce decision will keep me from coming back.
I order from this location every time I’m passing through town. I live in Northern Arizona and usually take it home with me, it’s always good, I love Cafe Rio.
Yesterday I ordered online and then got stuck in traffic for over an hour, gotta love that Vegas traffic! When I finally got there the food was still sitting there on the shelf, but they gladly understood and quickly remade my order so fast! It was awesome!
