When in Vegas eat Capriotti’s! I’m from NM and I could not pass up the opportunity to have a Cole Turkey sandwich! Great food and good service!
This is my sandwich that I ordered! I’ve had this sandwich 100 times and this just isn’t how it’s supposed to look! When I called the “manager” Marci, was rude and of zero help! Told me if I wanted a new sandwich, to come and get it! I used door dash to begin with! Awful! Just awful! Not to mention being on hold for 10 minutes and then just like that, bam, someone hung up! LAST TIME ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE! RUDE AND TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!
What has happened to all of the Capriotti's? This used to be our place to go for sandwiches (you couldn't talk me into going anywhere else) but over the last year or so, the quality and portions have gone WAY down hill. There is also an 80% chance that they will not make the sandwich the way you ordered, which is super frustrating once you get all the way home to find that they didn't make it right. We are so disappointed and don't think that we will be choosing Capriotti's...read full review
