Who can say no to ice cream, flavoured and sprinkled the way you want it, and oh, you know you want it! But the atmosphere, the ambience, leaves a little to be desired. I would have expected a much brighter interior.
We usually love Cold Stone, and find this location and the entire staff helpful and friendly. I have been ordering via delivery for the past month, or so; weird cravings following a long time of not eating having Covid. We were disappointed with our most recent order.First, I want to thank the very nice lady I spoke with on the phone before placing the order. Cold Stone Creamery is a popular spot that never disappoints. The ice cream shop offers a variety of unique flavors, including banana pudding and Lucky Charms, which are a hit with customers. The friendly staff, such as Maurion, provide excellent customer service, even to demanding customers. However, some staff members, like Abby, have been known to provide subpar service. Despite this, Cold Stone Creamery remains a great place to enjoy a delicious treat, like the "Gotta Have It" ice cream, with a smile.
