The worst customer service, especially if you are not Hispanic. Charge customers for extra onions, cilantro... If you don't know the difference between Carne Asada, watch out, they mixed the meat in the Asada fries. Everything was included in it, unfortunately it ends up only on one side of the order! Will not, shall not ever go back...
I just went through the drivethru and Ricardo took my order. He was so sweet and had a great customer service smile! We ordered the #2 beef taco and enchilada and a chile relleno on the side as well as carne asada fries and 3 churros! My husband LOVED his dinner tonight. My carne asada fries were so delicious. I do really like this place. I would always get a breakfast burrito in Enchilada style, with the sauce up top but today they refused to make it Enchilada style which was disappointing. If its something not on the menu you shouldn't give it out in the first place.
Also the TV in the lobby was so loud that the cashier could hardly hear me/I could hardly hear the cashier.
