This bar has become our spot. The decor is beautiful. It's located in the center so you can watch the whole casino from the bar or their TV's. Bartenders are friendly and attentive. Only strange thing we noticed - which is kind of funny - is that the accustics are weird around the bar and it sometimes seems like there is a hidden person whispering. Maybe it's a ghost?
Anyway, it was Thursday and the most excellent early afternoon buzz I cultivated at the Skyline was long gone. Running around playing slots like a wild chicken man had left me exhausted and I was becoming uncomfortably lucid. I caught a wave outside the Skyline and rode it down the Boulder Highway. There's a strange swirling energy that ebbs and flows along this highway. It pools in vortices in casinos on either side of the road. It swept me right inside this place. Beautiful stained glass, centrally located, ideal for people watching.Russell was fantastic! He prompted a few questions and made us the perfect cocktails. If you’re into a sweet tropical cocktail, cannot go wrong with the Barbara Streisand Beach. Wish we ordered another before he left!
