Fantastic! If you are a Sushi fan this place should be the next place you go. Wherever you are in the valley make a point to get here. The sushi was fresh interesting and Delicious. Unique flavors you don't get everywhere in there rolls and the sashimi was amazing. GO NOW!
Amazing sushi spot in heart of Hederson. Fish was fresh and amazing. Service was polite and attentive.

Kai Sushi Japanese Restaurant is a hidden gem located in Henderson, near Water St. The sushi is always fresh, delicious, and consistently incredible, with unique flavors and amazing sashimi. The food is great, the portions are very generous, and the miso soup is a hit. The menu is vast with something for everyone and the very highest quality. The team is welcoming, friendly, and very efficient. The owner, Sam, is passionate about the quality and attention to detail that go into the art of sushi making. The owner's wife is wonderful and spent time explaining the menu. John is an amazing server who takes great care of guests. The people treat everyone with genuine kindness and make guests feel like family. This is the only sushi restaurant for many because it truly feels like home. It is absolutely the best sushi in Henderson, possibly the best in all of southern Nevada. In a city drowning in all you can eat culture, Kai is a rare masterclass in creating something elevated and worth indulging in, on par with the best sushi restaurants in Las Vegas and Los Angeles. Highly recommended.
