Staff were great and friendly. Got a small bowl and felt like it was plenty of food. Also was extremely fresh. I will be back.
This was an outstanding experience! Mind you it was late morning. The food was fresh well prepared and esthetically pleasing. The tast was off the hook! Well done

Koibito Poke - Henderson Union Village offers fresh and tasty poke bowls in a clean and inviting atmosphere. The friendly staff provides excellent service, explaining options thoroughly. While some customers wish for more options, especially in raw fish, the restaurant offers unique proteins not found elsewhere. Portion sizes are generous, and prices are a bit high, but worth it for the quality and freshness. This spot is great for a healthy and light lunch, especially after a workout at LVAC. The bowls are usually delicious, but some customers have experienced missing ingredients in their delivery orders. The restaurant has a chill and quiet vibe, surprising for its location near the busy freeway. Overall, Koibito Poke provides a good and healthy dining experience.
