“Finally had the chance to try this location. I enjoyed the atmosphere, the spaciousness, and cleanliness. I ordered the Special Combination Vermicelli, and it was absolutely deeeelicious! The portion was a great size and everything was cooked to perfection 👌 Highly recommend, ooo and the egg rolls are a must! The chicken pho was pretty good, too!“

“This restaurant has wonderful food and large portions. I live in Laughlin and whenever I have to come up to Vegas, I love going to this restaurant. Bullhead city AZ and Laughlin does not have any Vietnamese restaurants. I am from Seattle where Vietnamese Food is very popular and my best friend is Vietnamese so she’s exposed me to some wonderful food. This place does not disappoint! their pho broth is delicious and aromatic. I ordered number 11 with three different types of meat and all of the meat was tender and great quality. I also ordered the shrimp spring rolls and this place provides you with the peanut butter sauce and extras you would like to add to it. I like to add chili paste to mine since I like a little spice. This time I took it to go and it was packaged perfectly. You can tell the restaurant cares about what they serve. thank you so much. I enjoyed my dinner and now I have some leftovers for lunch today. Very excited“

“I was such in a hurry bc my uber was 7 mins away. The beautiful lady Han took care of me, giving me the confidence that my food will be ready in less than 7min. She honored her word, I ordered N.11 and it was ready in less than 5 mins.
Congrats to all the Phi Saigon 8 team of this location, they work fast and with great service.
I will go back but to enjoy my food there.

“After Pho So 1 in Las Vegas, I was honestly unsure where to find another solid Vietnamese spot. Most people automatically order phở, but Vietnamese cuisine is so much more than that — and I feel like it often gets overlooked.

This place surprised me in the best way. I highly recommend trying their bò chảo and bò nướng đá. Both dishes were incredibly tender. The bò chảo was rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned — honestly comforting in a way that felt homemade. As for the bò nướng đá, I loved the interactive part of it. You cook the beef on a hot stone yourself, so you can make it exactly how you like it. The quality of the meat made it easy to get that perfect bite every time.

If you’re looking to explore Vietnamese food beyond phở, this place deserves a stop. Don’t sleep on the rest of the menu.“

“I love them! My family and I have been coming here for about 3 years now and they are just the best. Patrick knows us now as the family that orders a bunch of egg rolls😂. The whole staff is friendly and makes us feel welcome. Quick service and crazy delicious food. The pho broth tastes so clean and rich, all the veggies are fresh and vermicelli is incredible. Always and enjoyable experience, the only place we come to for exquisite Vietnamese cuisine.“

“Pretty good pho at a decent price.

Odd factors to this place:

1) The door is locked at all times so you have to get buzzed in. I almost didn't go in because I thought they were closed. Given the area, I understand the reason, but still odd.

2) Lemon instead of lime with my Pho. I'm being really petty on this one, I admit.

3) The woman working there seemed taken aback that I wanted to eat in rather than get it to go. I guess this is a leftover from the COVID, and seems to be a pretty common theme across many restaurants these days.“

“Food was great! Bread was fantastic, had a number 6 extra spicy. I used to make these/eat these from a little Asian market back in Cleveland, and these give me that same feeling of the uncle in the back making it right in front of you. Awesome food and service!“
