The service wasn't very good.
Im was pleasantly surprised that the classic tasted great!!! I stopped eating at Wendy's years ago when they changed the bun on the Classic. Now the bun is back!! Thank you. Fries was good too.
This was the friendliest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Multiple staff members interacted with us and were so kind to my children. Highly recommend.

Wendy's at Sunset in Henderson offers very good food with excellent service. The staff is accommodating, courteous, and honest. Despite some slow service, the friendly staff and clean environment make it a welcoming place to dine. They even went above and beyond to keep a lost purse safe until it was retrieved later. Recent reviews mention that the food was really good and hot, although there can be delays in help at the box, possibly due to short staffing. Customers appreciate the delicious chocolate cookies, but note that the Coke machine is often out of many options, and staff may be busy talking or making food instead of taking orders. Some customers experienced long wait times, with wait times reaching nearly 30 minutes for a Biggie Bag, and several customers left without their food due to excessive delays. Staff sometimes appeared overworked and rude, and there were issues with ingredients being out of stock without proper notice. Overall, despite these challenges, many still enjoy the food and the environment at this Wendy's location.
