50 Best American Restaurants in Las Vegas

“If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I was in town with a friend to see the Eagles and we wanted an amazing dinner the night before. We googled unique dining experience and this one stood out. When I say it didn’t disappoint I’m not exaggerating. I have dined at many Michelin rated restaurants all over the world and this was a favorite that I will return to. We did the tasting menu with the wine pairings. The pairings were spot on perfect and very unique (think sparkling sake ). The entire staff was both friendly and informative giving us a little history of each of the wines. It’s about a 10 minute ride from the strip and very much worth it. The only thing I would have done differently was start with one of their amazing looking craft cocktails . We will absolutely return.“

“We had so much fun! It took a while to be seated, and, if we had known, we would have ordered drinks while we waited. However, once things got going, the food and drinks were great! The atmosphere was right out of the seventies! A crazy trip back in time!“

“I traveled solo to Las Vegas this week and had this restaurant on my foodie bucket list. I sat at the bar because that’s where individual people can sit in the restaurant. There were plenty of seats, and everyone, especially the bartenders were kind and attentive. The food, of course was phenomenal.“

The menu is all about creative spins on classic dishes. Crowd favorites include the Devil’s Eggs served with caviar, the Short Rib Steak served with pepperoncini pesto, and the Hotdog Burnt Ends which may sound strange, but is definitely worth a try. Also, I highly recommend the Black rice and Oxtail Risotto - it's my personal favorite.“

We visited Spago on our honeymoon, and it gave us some of the best memories of our trip.

We were deeply impressed by Julian’s kindness and service, and if we ever visit Vegas again, we will definitely come back.
Both the food and the service were absolutely outstanding.

If Julian ever happens to see this review, I’d like him to know that, thanks to the memories he created for us, we’re able to enjoy a happy day all the way over in Korea today.“

“The absolute best dining experience I’ve had! The food… exquisite. The atmosphere… awesome. The staff… perfect. Started with meatballs & chorizo and French onion soup then got the ribeye and garlic mash with bacon. Literal perfection and the meatballs… let me just say, that is the staple. Ribeye was cooked perfect and the French onion soup was the best I’ve had. The garlic mash had huge chunks of bacon. Amazing. Monica was our server helped by Jomo and they were an awesome team. Keep up the great work! And next time I’m in Vegas I WILL be back!“

“One of my favorite lunch spots whether dining solo or with friends. The banana bread is too good -especially with the whipped butter and honey. Their wine by the glass prices are exceptional and the 20 Rows cab is delicious. I admit to getting the same Med grain bowl every time - at least once a month - but it is just such an excellent combo of tasty ingredients. Love the service and attentive waitstaff. If you can get Samantha's section, that's always a bonus.“

“Unforgettable Dining at STK – Cosmopolitan Las Vegas I had the absolute pleasure of dining at STK inside The Cosmopolitan today at 6 PM, and it was truly one of the best steakhouse experiences I’ve ever had. I started with the Caesar salad and the maple-glazed bacon appetizer—both incredible. The Caesar was crisp and perfectly balanced, while the bacon was thick-cut, smoky, and sweet with just the right amount of richness to get the evening started right. For entrées, I ordered both the Australian Wagyu Flat Iron and the A5 Japanese Wagyu, and let me just say—wow. The Australian Wagyu was deeply flavorful, tender, and beautifully marbled. But the A5? Next level. Melt-in-your-mouth perfection with layers of buttery umami that left a lasting impression. What made the experience truly unforgettable was the service. Kristen, my server, was exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and warm. She elevated the entire evening with her grace and professionalism. And a huge thank you to Antonio, the GM, who personally came by to check in. He was kind, welcoming, and hands down one of the best GMs I’ve encountered anywhere. We went late and we didn't know they were going to be closing within 30 mums if our time if arrival but they staff sat us down and we ordered our food. “Haven't been to a Zippys in around 30 years when I lived in Hawaii. Was NOT disappointed by this experience. Fried chicken was just Ono and Korean Chicken and Chili was great. My hostess/server (I believe her name was Renamae) gave great fast and friendly service. It is a bit of walk to get to using the bus system here in Las Vegas but was worth it. Also Friday has great specials - I had the Vegas Pac which has a little bit of everything great from Zippys.“

The parfait is notably organic low sugar with a fresh fruit compote (thank you!) and the “ube” bread pudding is divine - I looked up UBE and it’s a purple sweet potato giving the purple color to the lightly sweetened bread. The tomato bisque was exquisite, the shrimp and steak was fabulously cooked to perfection.At the last hour of the wedding we turned it into a Halloween costume party since our wedding was so close to Halloween.
