I was visiting Vegas for 3 days. Stayed in Paris and went up and down the strip, gambling, shows, good restaurants. I was with 6 friends (including my wife), from Washington state. I knew about the Beso restaurant, but have not been there. So after 3 days on the strip, i said you want to try something different? Was so happy to finally go to a Bulgarian restaurant in America :D Everything was amazing, from the decor, the atmosphere, the service and staff are so friendly, the place is super clean and well kept, and the authentic Bulgarian food of course! Juicy Kebabcheta, and Biskvitena Torta, it was so great!

I've never tried Bulgarian food before, but it is great! Although the lobster bisque was a puree with no chunks, the flavor was marvelous, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. For the entree, I had the Uviatch with feta fries - simply incredible. But more than I could finish so I'm enjoying it now as a leftover. The desserts ALL looked incredible - I may go back just to order one or two of those and skip the meal!
