BOA Steakhouse Las Vegas opened its doors at the Venetian Grand Canal Shops. Guests praised the grand opening for its food, drinks, staff, and atmosphere. The popular Wagyu cigar dish was not liked, but cauliflower and cocktails were highlights. The interior was described as beautiful, very sexy, and sleek, and the venue was packed. Dishes included waygu, bone marrow, waygu meatballs, caviar, shrimp, caprese skewers, New York strip steak, carrot cake, macaroons, and cupcake. Wine, champagne, and craft cocktails were enjoyed.
