We have wanted to go to Brasserie B Parisian by Bobby Flay for a while, and we LOVED it. The scallops from the raw menu, Caesars salad, salmon and black bass dishes were fantastic. The apple tart was delicious, as well. We can't wait to visit Las Vegas and eat there again. It's my new favorite place!
The service was very attentive until it got busy and then we barely saw server. The later rounds of drinks took forever. Food was excellent to bad the service was mediocre.
We ordered the pork chops and had raspberry soufflé for dessert. The pork chop was moist, tender and tasty. The outside of the pork chop had a nice charr. The soufflé was nice but found the serving a bit small, otherwise we would have given this a 5 ⭐️The service was quick and efficient.
