Broken Coffee - Fort Apache is the newer location to its first one on Spring mountain. The interior design is very nice, cozy, and modern. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and efficient. The menu is still simple. Pastries are absolutely delicious. Drinks include the strawberry latte (no caffeine), iced lattes, the hazelnut oat latte, and True Matcha. The matcha is smooth and authentic without being overly sweet, and the coffee is consistently well-made. The vibes are always super chill. The Ube Cookie is to die for. The salted bun is a favorite. Unfortunately, they no longer carry the mochi bread.
