After living in Shanghai for 3 years, I had been on the hunt for some delicious noodles! Even though they aren’t shanghainese noodles they are still pretty damn authentic to the shanxi province! We got the most ordered short rib with wide noodles , the spicy dumplings, and the minced beef with wide noodles. I’m from Phoenix and have not find anything comparable to this place. The service was fast and I loved that you could see them making all the food in the kitchen!
Amazing! When we went there was a wait list to be seated. That’s when I knew this place must be good! ?Spicy Wontons: 1000/10Braised Pork Belly Fried Rice: 10/10Chinese Beef Burrito: 10/10Spicy Beef Brisket Knife Cut Noodles: 7/10**We didn’t looooove it like everything else but it was good. The noodles were amazing but flavor of the broth was lacking imo.We went back the very next day and ate again! Highly recommend! And it’s cool to see them making the noodles!
