Burger King in Las Vegas

“It was our first time dining there. Had to try dining on Top of the World while in Vegas! Paid the premium to get the window seats which was worth it. We dined early due to a show afterwards, so the sun was shining right from the window to our table. Since the restaurant rotates, you won't be facing the sun all the time. I believe the best time to dine there would be around 7 pm or so to watch the beautiful sunset. The menu does not have a wide selection of items but good enough to make people happy. Their bread is great and a must-try! We had the lobster and wagyu steak. They were good as well as the lobster bisque. Our server was attentive. I learned that since we dined at this restuarant, we could go up to the upper observation decks for free. So, we had a nice visit upstairs at the cafe level and the upper outdoor level. It was beautiful! I truly recommend this restaurant for a nice experience dining and seeing the view of Vegas! Prices are reasonable too compared to many other upscale restaurants.“

“I haven’t ate at Burger King in easily 2 years because I’ve had horrible experiences but this was by far the best Burger King I’ve had in a hot minute. Staff was nice food was fresh I just went for the crown 👑 nuggets but I have no regrets. Ya’ll did great keep it up 👍🏼“

“I've recently been going to this location at least once a week to buy my 90 year old mom a Big Fish Sandwhich which she loves with extra tartar sauce. (she hates the competitor's fish because portion sizes are small). I always use the drive thru to place my order on my way home. Especially on Fridays, even when I see 2 rows of cars ordering, they are being processed fast and driving up to the serving window. And now let me know why - I got to meet the drive thru worker PAM. Even when she takes your order on the intercom, you can instantly tell it's someone who's very cheerful and involved in customer service, sounding very bubbly & energetic. So when I drive up to the window, you see this woman completely smiling at you, FULL of energy bursting while taking your payment & giving your food quickly. You don't feel like they're rushing, meaning she treats you like a VIP that you are, with no attitudes, and makes you want to return soon because your experience with Burger King was great. I hope you all like my review and that this helps. I can't speak for anyone else's reviews, but this is MY review, MY experiences from the past few weeks going here and not once has there been any problems, even when there's someone else at that window! “Came in from Phoenix stopped by this Burger King The food was so fresh and staff was so polite we came back the next day. Lionel was the employee that took care of me up front very helpful and respectful. Next time I am in Las Vegas I will go out of my way to stop by this location“

“USE THE MOBILE APP TO ORDER AHEAD AND SAVE TIME! This B.K. is relatively new. It's in a clean area but also right off the busy Blue Diamond Road. The staff is very friendly and answered my meal questions with patience.

Currently, they offer $4 Whoppers on Wed when you order via mobile app. To maximize your value, I always add an extra patty, with mustard and BBQ sauce. The ketchup and mayo are up to you.“

“This Burger King is probably one of the best Burger King’s on the east side. I had a rough day at work 12 hour shift looking for For something good and hot the drive-through employee Kenzie was very nice and actually made my day a little better and as soon as I got my food, it was the best double whopper I’ve had in a long time so I do recommend this Burger King on Eastern and also thank you to the manager Juanita for running her staff correctly“

“I always ALWAYS go to this Burger King ever since I moved to this area and let me tell you all the young men that work night shift like at 3am are so sweet and respectful. They always make the food fresh and so quick. I’m not sure there names but they honestly deserve a raise because sometimes it’s so busy and they maintain everything in a happy, smooth, and patient pace. IF I COULD GIVE 10 STARS I WOULD!!!“

“My sister and l decided to do a me day and of course with all the shopping we did it was that time to take a break at three pm. We said the closest BK was so cool the customer service was top-notch I went to the BK website and individually the Whopper was 3.49 under the Whopper Wednesday customer service worker she was so helpful being my sister and l are seniors the coolest part l now no how to order on line. My sister and I will be going back to the BK went to in the upcoming months kudos to BK for hiring workers is provided professional customer service workers retired Social Worker level 3.

“The young man who works late nights here needs a raise. He is on point. Customer service is excellent and he goes above and beyond with asking if you need condiments, utensils, etc. Food seems fresh and tastes good. Don't see a lot of employees like him now a days. Thank you.“

“They absolutely killed my specific impossible whopper order and it’s very rare that they do it exactly right but it is so freaking amazing that I had to leave a review for them and take a picture of my bitten into impossible whopper so you can see how perfectly they did it! Those pictures though… That’s called overuse and I definitely didn’t have to post those disgusting pictures but when you ask for the same veggies that are on top of the patty to be put on the bottom of the Patty and they do it perfect you gotta give them kudos and show you the amazing results.“

“Staff is great. The place needs a good cleaning. The chairs are filthy, not a good look for a restaurant. Wipe your chairs down not that hard to do. The door should be cleaned too. People touch that then pick up the food. Gross. I won’t be back for awhile hopefully someone reads these reviews and takes the suggestions.“

“​I have been coming to this Burger King location quite a bit recently, and I’m consistently impressed by the quality of the food and the speed of the service. If you are looking for a quick, satisfying meal where they actually get your order right, this spot definitely delivers.
​The staff here deserves a lot of credit. Even during the busy lunch rush, the team works incredibly hard to keep the line moving quickly. Every crew member I have interacted with has been polite, professional, and efficient, which makes the whole experience smooth and pleasant.
​The food is always excellent and exactly what you want from BK. The Whoppers are consistently built perfectly with fresh, crisp lettuce and tomatoes, and that signature flame-broiled flavor is always spot on. “The food tastes great, I prefer Burger King to McDonald's, only the service is not very attentive and the place is very simple, but they are fast, precise and always ask you if you will miss something. The soda dispenser is very modern, comfortable and easy to use, plus it has many options like my favorite Coca-Cola, Vanilla flavor“

“I don't normally dine in at this location. Usually just use the drive-thru to grab an oreo shake and a rodeo burger on my way to a job.
Staff are friendly (almost always very young). Not an issue for me. Food is hot and fresh. Decent fast food place.“

“Bathrooms are like freezers but omg the play place is amazing!!! Most play places have been updated and even my kids say they are boring but this one is huge and so much to explore. I hope it never gets remodeled. There is a TV in the room but thankfully it wasn't working.“

I was in Skye Canyon area for an appointment and needed something quick to eat so, I stopped at this Burger King..
My order was taken by a nice young man named Jutsen. He was so nice and polite and very thorough with my order and he got it right! The whoopers was soo good that I had to drive thru and get 2 more!!! Nice clean store and the assistant manager Deztinie was super friendly, caring and made sure that BOTH of my orders was made FRESH!!! When I want Burger King this is where I will be coming from now on!!!!! :)“

“We popped in to grab some food after checking in and the lady at the counter was lovely. Ordering the food you have to use the computers and I was quite shocked at the price for food here especially the kids meals. Still we ordered our food and was so happy to see the Hershey dessert pie available. Staff were quick and my son was delighted when he realised he got a sonic toy which is his favourite thing at the moment.“

“I hadn't had a Whopper in a very long time. I went through the drive thru so not much for atmosphere.
But the burger was the best hamburger I have had anywhere, including pubs and restaurants. It was made quick and hot as well. 😋“

“I liked the ladies cheeky laugh when she served my food, it made me feel special. She had a very cheeky aura, I think the Burger King must’ve hand selected her especially as her customer service skills are nothing short of super. Give this woman a raise! “When I came in to place my order, Keon was preparing food and Mary was working the register. Shortly after, the manager, Jonathan Strawbridge, and another employee briefly came to the front and then left with Mary, leaving Keon as the only employee present in the front of the store.

During that time, a customer attempted to take a cup without paying. Keon immediately stopped what he was doing and informed the individual that payment was required. The customer returned the cup, and Keon resumed preparing orders while the line of customers continued to grow.

Although I had to wait longer than expected for my food, I am leaving a 5-star review because Keon remained professional, attentive, and handled the situation appropriately. My food was fresh and good.

However, it was concerning that there were four employees scheduled, yet only Keon was present at the front when theft was occurring. I hope management addresses staffing and front-of-house coverage to better support employees and customers in the future.“
