“It was our first time dining there. Had to try dining on Top of the World while in Vegas! Paid the premium to get the window seats which was worth it. We dined early due to a show afterwards, so the sun was shining right from the window to our table. Since the restaurant rotates, you won't be facing the sun all the time. I believe the best time to dine there would be around 7 pm or so to watch the beautiful sunset. The menu does not have a wide selection of items but good enough to make people happy. Their bread is great and a must-try! We had the lobster and wagyu steak. They were good as well as the lobster bisque. Our server was attentive. I learned that since we dined at this restuarant, we could go up to the upper observation decks for free. So, we had a nice visit upstairs at the cafe level and the upper outdoor level. It was beautiful! I truly recommend this restaurant for a nice experience dining and seeing the view of Vegas! Prices are reasonable too compared to many other upscale restaurants.“

“Everytime we go to this burger king the service is always so friendly (we use drive thru most of the time) the food is fresh and wrapped so nicely....like they care. This burger King has some high standards when it comes to quality and we noticed. Thanks for caring!“

“I've recently been going to this location at least once a week to buy my 90 year old mom a Big Fish Sandwhich which she loves with extra tartar sauce. (she hates the competitor's fish because portion sizes are small). I always use the drive thru to place my order on my way home. Especially on Fridays, even when I see 2 rows of cars ordering, they are being processed fast and driving up to the serving window. And now let me know why - I got to meet the drive thru worker PAM. Even when she takes your order on the intercom, you can instantly tell it's someone who's very cheerful and involved in customer service, sounding very bubbly & energetic. So when I drive up to the window, you see this woman completely smiling at you, FULL of energy bursting while taking your payment & giving your food quickly. You don't feel like they're rushing, meaning she treats you like a VIP that you are, with no attitudes, and makes you want to return soon because your experience with Burger King was great. I hope you all like my review and that this helps. I can't speak for anyone else's reviews, but this is MY review, MY experiences from the past few weeks going here and not once has there been any problems, even when there's someone else at that window! “Placed an order around 1:45 am on June 9th. Great attitudes from both male and female workers. Food was fresh. Grateful for a nice experience so late in the morning. Most food chains hire people who don’t even want to work the hours they agreed to.“

“USE THE MOBILE APP TO ORDER AHEAD AND SAVE TIME! This B.K. is relatively new. It's in a clean area but also right off the busy Blue Diamond Road. The staff is very friendly and answered my meal questions with patience.

Currently, they offer $4 Whoppers on Wed when you order via mobile app. To maximize your value, I always add an extra patty, with mustard and BBQ sauce. The ketchup and mayo are up to you.“

“My sister and l decided to do a me day and of course with all the shopping we did it was that time to take a break at three pm. We said the closest BK was so cool the customer service was top-notch I went to the BK website and individually the Whopper was 3.49 under the Whopper Wednesday customer service worker she was so helpful being my sister and l are seniors the coolest part l now no how to order on line. My sister and I will be going back to the BK went to in the upcoming months kudos to BK for hiring workers is provided professional customer service workers retired Social Worker level 3.

“I stopped by Burger King and went through the front counter. At first, I was a bit overwhelmed because a young man named Andrew didn’t fully understand my order. But then, a young beautiful woman named Kiana stepped in—she had a bright smile, and she made everything so easy. Her customer service was fantastic, and she really turned my experience around. I’ll definitely be coming back because of Kiana’s amazing service!“

“They absolutely killed my specific impossible whopper order and it’s very rare that they do it exactly right but it is so freaking amazing that I had to leave a review for them and take a picture of my bitten into impossible whopper so you can see how perfectly they did it! “Staff is great. The place needs a good cleaning. The chairs are filthy, not a good look for a restaurant. Wipe your chairs down not that hard to do. The door should be cleaned too. “​I have been coming to this Burger King location quite a bit recently, and I’m consistently impressed by the quality of the food and the speed of the service. If you are looking for a quick, satisfying meal where they actually get your order right, this spot definitely delivers.
​The staff here deserves a lot of credit. Even during the busy lunch rush, the team works incredibly hard to keep the line moving quickly. Every crew member I have interacted with has been polite, professional, and efficient, which makes the whole experience smooth and pleasant.
​The food is always excellent and exactly what you want from BK. “Extremely slow! Deathly slow drive thru. Friendly workers but my goodness 30+ minutes in the drive thru is crazy! BK please fix this.
This is a franchise and the owners, from what I can tell, do not care how their employees are treated by the public due to these long wait times, poor staffing, poor wages, broken equipment, and overall a general disregard for the company as a whole. Owners...do better. Customers, be patient and kind, the workers seem to be doing their best w what they got.

“We went to BK specifically for the Star Wars collab. Upon arrival, there was a huge Grogu in the front window, which was already amazing. The best part was the customer service. We all agreed this was by far the best experience we’ve ever had at a BK ever ever ever. Y’all are surpassing Chick-fil-A status at this one for sure. And that’s because Melissa (PM Shift) and her team are top-tier. Alex was the first one to greet us, letting us know, he will be right with us as he finished up with his customer. Melissa follows up right behind him with a warm smile and the fun began. I was already excited about this whole Star Wars thing, but to have the team feed into it, made it extra special. Lol. I asked all the questions about what’s in the meal, what the sauce taste like, do they like it, etc… and they gave me all the answers without making me feel like I was being annoying. Melissa offered me a sample of the sauce, Makai grabbed it, everyone was just super kind and invested. Ben, Joseph, Malachi — we didn’t get to interact with them that much but we heard their names so they were part of the fun too.

Great energy is contagious and everyone felt it. Melissa was invested in our happiness. Lol. She asked about our evening, family dynamics, and even asked if we were celebrating something because we were just all so excited. Truly made our evening. Thank you again!“

“From the Hello through the drive through to paying & receiving our food at the second window. Perry is such a friendly, vibrant & joyful man. We ordered at 12:30pm on Friday 4/03/2026. He made a great day continued. Thanks again. Also the food was delicious. & he put in the perfect kids meal toy. And may I add, I think engaging the customers is as important as the taste of the food. Yet the customer service starts the experience & makes you feel like the food was made with care. And I think this location makes their food good. & if you don’t like how something is made. I believe that this locations customer service shows that they would not mind making it right if you addressed the issue. Of course respectfully. customers are considered first/right in business yet the staff are people too. And they come to work to give an experience to the best of their ability, & deserve to be treated kindly even if you are unhappy. & the deserve to be appreciated especially when they bring great energy & care. That’s why I left Perry a review because I could tell that’s his character. & that joy & kindness is chosen. We could complain or let the day beat us down, especially working with a variety of customer energies coming at us throughout the day. Not all of them kind, & some of them negative for things out of our control or food not just perfect. So I just wanted to make sure Perry knows he is appreciated & Burger King to know they have hired a great person. And deserves the acknowledgment, hours, and pay. This place will only go up in reviews because of hiring, keeping, & showing that employees like Perry are valued.

Addition. I really like this store. Even on a busy day you can see the team works kindly together and well under pressure. “Bathrooms are like freezers but omg the play place is amazing!!! Most play places have been updated and even my kids say they are boring but this one is huge and so much to explore. I hope it never gets remodeled. There is a TV in the room but thankfully it wasn't working.“

“I went in this afternoon for lunch with my daughters and man they were busy but the staff handled it very well & in a timely manner. The cashier who assisted me was named Cesar, he was kind 😇, provided exceptional customer service and just made the visit wonderful. Good workers are hard to find. “Ok it's a Burger King so you are probably aware of the food quality. It is fine. The service at the counter when picking up your food is all the time they have to make an impression. “We popped in to grab some food after checking in and the lady at the counter was lovely. Ordering the food you have to use the computers and I was quite shocked at the price for food here especially the kids meals. Still we ordered our food and was so happy to see the Hershey dessert pie available. Staff were quick and my son was delighted when he realised he got a sonic toy which is his favourite thing at the moment.“

“When I came in to place my order, Keon was preparing food and Mary was working the register. Shortly after, the manager, Jonathan Strawbridge, and another employee briefly came to the front and then left with Mary, leaving Keon as the only employee present in the front of the store.

During that time, a customer attempted to take a cup without paying. Keon immediately stopped what he was doing and informed the individual that payment was required. The customer returned the cup, and Keon resumed preparing orders while the line of customers continued to grow.

Although I had to wait longer than expected for my food, I am leaving a 5-star review because Keon remained professional, attentive, and handled the situation appropriately. My food was fresh and good.

However, it was concerning that there were four employees scheduled, yet only Keon was present at the front when theft was occurring. I hope management addresses staffing and front-of-house coverage to better support employees and customers in the future.“

“I’m going to review this based on my own experience. Some of the previous reviews had me a bit concerned, but the food turned out to be good—actually, very good. Everything was hot and fresh, and I received my order in just two minutes. I also arrived around 10 p.m., when the place was fairly empty, which may have helped.“
