“The gentleman Neva working drive thru on 3/18/24 did his job very well. Humble dude. Kind and quick. Wish more of my experiences at BK would go this well. I get grief because I'm allergic to sesame seeds. When I ask for buns without the seeds, it's like I ask for the people working to solve an advanced calculus question. Neva understood without hesitation and made the order my way. Which is rare to get from a company that ironically enough has those same words as part of their slogan. “Went to this Burger King at 1:30 AM. The manager Jessica help me she is very friendly and she greeted me with a smile. The food was very fresh and hot especially my onion rings. “I ordered 3 rodeo burgers and they were absolutely phenomenal delicious I don't normally praise fast food at being that I've been a cook then chef since I was 15 years old but honestly the burger were perfect and at $2.20 each probably the best value for fast food in town. As far as service the employee at the register was as good at his job as one could be but there was a young kid maybe 17 or 18 that not to be rude to put it plainly just isn't very bright and was trying to be helpful but was just in the way intrusive and gave advice and service that was just incorrect and really started to frustrate me. As far as the atmosphere I give 3 stars because it's a burger King and there is just no possibility of any fast food restaurant to be better than 3 stars. Once again rodeo burgers were f'n perfect“
“Out of all the Burger Kings I have been to, this one is the best of them all in Vegas! My girlfriend is vegan and this place always cooks her Impossible Whopper correctly and tasty! Overall, the food is always freshly made!It's only a minor issue, but they tend to forget to give you the sauces that come with your meals like chicken fingers/nuggets. Before I leave I double check and ask for the sauces they forget to put in the bags. We have a laugh. The employees are great! I hope they are getting paid well or that they get raises. They are very friendly. Keep up the awesome work!“

But the customer service from the manager in the morning has been the worst experience, this burger king in Bonanza and Easter denied me entry to the bathroom because they do not have enough staff because of the company, the tables are dirty, a crazy man from the street in the tables and above all bad manners of the employees with the customers who spend our money to get their salary paid without leaving behind the time it took to give us our purchase, it was 30 minutes of waiting because they are only interested in the customer who buys only for take through the drive-thru window, the unfortunate thing is that that is why they are candidates for disappearing.“

You can still order at the counter, but they also have screens so you don't have to wait in line.Looks really good, was a nice fast food dine-in experience.Parking: It's a shared strip mall parking lot with a bunch of spaces.“
“Good whoppers and the veggie "impossible whopper" is pretty darn tasty. You can also get frozen coke or regular sodas.No self serve ketchup dispenser here for some reason. No napkins on the tables, but the crew usually gives you a good supply. Common items such as the tasty little Rodeo Burgers which was previously priced at $1 is now $2.19. The interior is renovated and looks modern.New touch screen ordering so you'll have to use the touchscreen and order.Whole shopping complex is closed down, except for this burger king on the corner. Sadly lots of bums and homeless in the area. Maybe one day they will bulldoze the dead shops and start all over, it's not like there is no traffic in the area.Parking: Tons of parking because the entire mall behind it is long out of business ?They should knock it down and start over. “The service here is very slow, the staff feels like your bothering them. You will be waiting in line for more then a few minutes, but waiting to get your food is even worse (if they're a lot of people ahead of you). “I live across the street and come here often.Everytime I come to this Burger King everyone is smiling very professional, friendly, always willing to help, and always willing to give me my ice cream, unlike McDonald’s where it’s always broken and they have bad attitudes. To me it’s the little things that count specially in this heat and the ice cream tastes way better and thicker. I order burger meals, chicken sandwiches but I love my ice cream and it’s always clean. I’m bad with names but the guy who took my order was a smiling, friendly gentleman, tall, medium build, short short hair, black and was so nice. “The machines are kind of wonky but the customer service is really good. It's next to a car wash. Instead of spending $30 per person at Town Square, put the Burger King app on your phone and eat here. My son and I ate here for $15 combined and we are completely full. And I'm loaded ?! “Ordered through drive thur the manager was taking orders and there was one other guy cooking. The inside actually looked pretty clean, the floors were clean there was no trash or food laying around on the floor or counters. However, the cook was at the washing station where he was cleaning his glasses and forehead and after cleaning himself from sweat he didn't proceed to wash his hands he just went back to cooking. He did get a new pair of gloves but that was pretty nasty to see. The food took about 15 minutes to get because the manager said they were making all the food fresh. Once we got our food the nuggets were cold and weren't fresh, fries were fresh and hot but wasn't even half full in the container. We had 2 whoppers with cheese that were nicely hot and put together (looked good before eating). The original chicken sandwich with added cheese was melted on the chicken completely, but the only thing that was a turn off was the amount of Mayo that they mounded on the sandwich. Overall this lunch stop was good besides the lack amount of fries.“

I would have given them 5 stares except I ordered a croissant with double bacon and mine didn’t come with double bacon. However, they immediately fixed the problem. I was greeted at the window with a smile and asked if I needed any condiments. I got my receipt, and they made the food fresh so it took a minute or two but I'd rather wait and have it fresh than cold and fast food. The location was clean on the outside and taken care of. “I didn't know this location had a play place! It's well maintained, no broken parts inside the climbing or slide area. It's clean! And it's spacious. Just enough of a structure to let the kids feel like kids :) If you have the app you can get a whopper meal at a discount or use other coupons to lower your final price. Take note, they go heavy on the condiments so if you like lots of Mayo then this is the place for you lol This location is great because it's near important spots - TJ Maxx and Homegoods, Meineke, Big 5 and more. So if you want to run errands and then cool off after this little shopping area is so convenient. My only concern was the wait time for the order took long. There was a group of construction workers that came in and it was about 10 min that they didn't get helped so they ended up leaving. Another older gentleman was waiting for his order to be made. Not sure if he ordered through the app, but I overheard him ask a few times and he was told to wait, and eventually he left without his food. We got our food 20 min after ordering which is a bit long for a fast food spot, but also understandable if they have staffing issues or bigger orders to fulfill before us. We weren't in a hurry so we didn't mind, but if you are then be aware if you're ordering during peak times.“
