Employees need to remember that the customer is always right and not argue and claim customer ordered wrong. Bought the largest sandwich and was told that we could not have large bag because they are for catering. Had to walk through the Aliante Hotel carrying the wrong sandwich, no bag. Why go back to this Capriotti's when we have so many other choices here in Aliante? NO MANAGER ON DUTY at 7pm on a Sunday.
Waited 30 minutes. The Bobbie turkey was cold.
Terrible customer service, poor attention to detail; absolute horrid experience. I have contacted corporate, as well as the BBB, and would appreciate someone from this location contacting me back so that I can share my experience. Thank you.
