“I usually go to this restaurant after 12 am, when I get off work. The service is always courteous and the food fresh. NOTE: for value use the app, the best coupons are on the app. This last time I went I got 2 fish sandwiches for 7 bucks plus tax, excellent deal for the quality.“

“Walked into this fine establishment and was immediately greeted by a young gentleman with a simple, “Welcome In”. Instantly, I was filled with the Carl’s Jr. spirit.

I later learned his name was Devon, and he provided some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Since I haven’t been to Carl’s Jr. in years, I had a few questions, and Devon was incredibly patient and helpful throughout my visit.

On top of that, he was genuinely funny and made the whole experience enjoyable. Great food is one thing, but great employees make all the difference. Devon is a fantastic worker and a big reason I’ll be coming back!“

“Vince's customer service is awesome. He is always super friendly and helpful to every customer, no matter how busy he is. He goes a step above to check on each customer in the dining room and make sure their visit was perfect, even while trying to run drivethru, front counter and front of store alone. Seems short staffed here but he still does a great job. Thank you to him.“

“Whoever was working tonight at the window was amazing .our soda was flat and she fixed it . She took the time and did not rush .she also double checked that we had sauce and checked the order was right .she was very sweet at the window and was engaging .she made our night after a long day of doing lupus junk removal/ moving .she did alot better than some servers now a days .her service was excellent . “I don't love fast food at all, but for some resson there's one hamburger I like from Carl's Junior. I was driving down the street and saw a Carl's Junior and thought I'd stop for a burger. I went inside and everything went well and the hamburger was great, too.“

Super good, honestly my favorite burger of all time. She served the food to me at the table and was just overall a good vibe. The restaurant wasn’t crowded and the music was good. “The two young women on swing shift at about 8pm gave me the most exceptional service I’ve had at a fast food restaurant. The young lady who was working the front and drive through was patient, kind, accommodating, and timely. I was on a budget and wanted a specific item, I simply told her payday was the next day and I had a set budget for a meal. She took her time and instead of saying what I could have read for myself what I could afford on the menu, she actually instead asked was wanting to order, set up my account on the reward app on the spot patiently and promptly, then she actually picked items that were even more delicious and more bang for the buck then the items I originally mentioned. I was so pleased how kind, pleasant, patient and professionally accommodating this young lady was and how efficient at handling the drive thru customers and my dilemma simultaneously with ease and the same exceptional customer service to others that I received corporate and upper management, should take a closer look at some of your employees because I’d recommend and would bet if you did you’d conclude as I do she desserves a raise and elevate her job title, her potentional for filling a higher management position is not over exaggeration. I rarely eat fast food anymore and didn’t intend on returning however i will be, but only if she is working the shift with her excellent cook. Reward good employees in your min wage positions. Such a refreshing experience and absolutely made a guy having a bad day waiting for payday and hungry as hells night! This happened last week and even now writing about it snd thinking about this i am still passionate and rooting for this girl. Too many employees with bad attitudes, entitlement vibes and shitty service, this wqs not that! This was a pleasant surprise. I recommend eating here on swing shift 5pm-10pm“

“Consistently the best Carl's Jr that I've been to in Las Vegas. The one on Trop/Rainbow and DI/Maryland are not as good IMO. The people are nice and the food is always fresh and well-made...and it seems like there's never any line! I just bought a Sourdough Star and a Big Hamburger and they were both FANTASTICLY good man...like really good burgers. As good as you could hope for with fast food. I hope they stay this way!“

“Best carl’s jr in town! I’ve been coming here for 17 years with my husband and i’ve been to every carl’s jr almost but this one is close to us. I come here every morning to get me and my husband biscuits and gravy and some biscuits! Sometimes we are a bit lazy to cook and come for lunch HaHA but the food is always fresh and the service is so spot on! The manager Marlene is very nice and attentive! She always check up on us and makes sure we get the best customer service. if you are close to this location come here you won’t regret it!“
