Chabelitas Mexican Grill #1 is a popular spot for good Mexican food. The food is very good, with favorites like birria, quesabirrias, tacos, Flautas, and California Burrito. Many customers say the birria is the best in town and that the quesabirrias are unbeatable. The restaurant has a friendly atmosphere, with music playing in the background, making it a great place to have friends over. There is also a bar next door for drinks and outdoor seating right beside cars. The staff is friendly, and service is generally good, with some mentioning the lady who works at night as very sweet. Prices are fair, and the location is convenient, just minutes from home. While some reviews mention that rice and beans can sometimes be old, overall, many find the tacos, carne asada fries, and chicken tacos to be very satisfying. It’s a reliable spot for tasty Mexican food.
