Food came out within 7 minutes. Chicken was hot and juicy Amy added too many pickles lol. Put texas Pete and ranch on the Mac n cheese it was hot and delicious

“During my drive-thru experience yesterday I encountered a very impressive young Man named D'Angelo. He was very engaging and attentive to assuring my order was delivered with care. He was Strong, Engaging and professional. After a not so good experience with someone at the location a couple years ago, my experience with D'Angelo more than made up for it.

“While exploring Fremont, I was looking for something light to snack on and ended up stopping by Chick-fil-A inside the Gold Nugget. It’s tucked toward the back near the pool area, and even though it looked busy, the line moved quickly.

The ordering process was smooth, and the staff kept things moving. The cashier who helped me, Miguel, was friendly and made the interaction pleasant.

I went with an 8-count nugget and an iced tea. My order was ready in just a few minutes. The dining area was pretty full, so I found another spot to sit and enjoy my food.

The nuggets were nicely cooked—lightly crispy on the outside and tender inside. I did notice they were a bit on the salty side for my preference, but still tasty overall. I picked up BBQ sauce but ended up not needing it.

“Love the vibe from the workers here. Food always comes out quick and cooked well. So thank you to the crew in the back as well as the front. They are always on top of making sure you have everything you asked for and asking if theres anything else we need. They come around all the tables more than once. They are all super nice and friendly. The place was kept well and clean. There were only a few tables unoccupied which were cleaned off already. We had a kids meal included in the meals for our group which had some card game in it. We decided to play and I thought it was neat for the place to handle that. The other customers didnt mind either because they saw family bond happening and being there at this location everyone couldn't help but to just be happy there. Eating some good food with some good people. Surrounded by them too. Overall a great place. Definitely recommend this location. Experience never fails to always be awesome.“

“Recently made a mobile order for a breakfast prior to the supposed 10:30 deadline, however after 10:30, if you do not pick up your order by the cutoff, your order will definitely be cancelled. Had a young man named Mark to assist with the situation and he explained to me that this was beyond his control and took my disdain quite well, and even offered me a drink for consolation in which I declined. Not his fault by any means but Chick, do better. Fix that app and ensure a warning is in place regarding your strict breakfast order and pick-up timeline on your mobile orders. Ensure that your employees are well-equipped to not have to explain why a customer’s order was cancelled. Frustration was taken out on an individual rather than the company taking accountability for the lack of communication on an app that they can definitely afford to update; which I’m sure is a sentiment that has been made before. Mark did an excellent job in prioritizing customer service. I was a little discombobulated due to my dissatisfaction but I came back to my senses due to the patience and kindness your employee shared.“

“During our stay in LV as a group, me and a friend were a couple of times here for breakfast and for Dinner. We liked the offers & prices. Food was each time good quality and friendly people, fast serving and cleaning (Special thx to an elderly Lady cleaning the tables!)

“Tenders and Nuggets are still amazing. Double check the Sandwiches tho. On two separate occasions I've gotten Sandwiches that have chicken with a rubbery, tough feel. Terrible taste too, almost like they're using a new type of chicken for the Sandwiches.“

“My wife was craving the fries so we swung by and ordered just fries. They weren’t right, seemed overcooked, just not how they always taste and feel. I walked in and talked to Mustaffa. He not only upgraded my fries to a large for free, but they were incredibly fresh and tasty.

This Chick-fil-A is located right along the east side of the Las Vegas Strip at 3667 Las Vegas Blvd S. It is near Harmon Avenue, in the heart of the action with easy access while walking or exploring the hotels and casinos. We went to the street-level pickup windows for a fast meal. We ordered online ahead via the app and picked it up at the dedicated window, which worked perfectly. They have a well-defined, covered queue line for those ordering in person, but I saw very few people using it—most folks, like us, seem to order ahead and grab to-go, keeping things moving pretty efficiently. There were a few red stools (of course, signature Chick-fil-A style) in front and to the side of the line for a quick perch, but no full tables or indoor seating that I noticed. It's clearly geared toward grab-and-go or eat-while-walking amid the Strip's energy. Orders come out in FIFO method based on when you placed them, and we waited about 15 minutes at night, which felt reasonable given the busy location. The staff was friendly and nice throughout the process. The food was consistently good—hot, fresh, and classic Chick-fil-A quality, with our chicken sandwich and waffle fries hitting the spot. Prices were reasonable for the economy and prime Strip location, not overly inflated like some tourist spots. Overall, it's a solid, reliable option for a quick, tasty break while sightseeing or gambling on the Las Vegas Strip. I recommend this place for fellow travelers needing familiar fast food without the hassle. Enjoy!“
