Based on the reviews, Chick-fil-A offers a mix of experiences. The food is described as delicious, with highlights including the grilled chicken nuggets that have high protein and lots of flavor without the breading, and great shakes. The inside dining is a very clean, best fast food dining experience with flowers on the table, where staff bring the food and grab trash. However, some locations have counter staff more concerned with drive-up and delivery drivers than customers at the counter. At one visit, the girls at the window were busy laughing and joking instead of giving customer service. First-time experiences vary, with one person hating it initially but later being pleasantly surprised by great food, while another was totally impressed and gained another customer.
