Always amazing service and today I witnessed something amazing as CFA employee was helping this homeless man across the parking lot to the bus. She was holding onto him, carrying some of his things and assisted with him getting on the bus. It was at least 100 degrees out. What an incredible act of kindness!!!

This is unacceptable. This is now happened two consecutive trips to Chick-fil-A on Eastern Avenue in Henderson Nevada. We have told them that my wife has a dairy allergy, they continuously write no cheese and then when we get home, we see that there is cheese on it. The original fix was the manager adding chicken strips which my wife ironically can’t eat. There has to be a better fix, or a better way to take care of your customers.
