“Great food, great customers service and clean facility. We like this location! However one thing they are lacking is a child changing station in their bathrooms. We stopped on our 10hr drive for lunch and needed to change 3 little kids but had to walk across the street to the dirty gas station as they do not have a diaper station in any of the bathrooms at this location.“

“I liked it! Tex-Mex restaurant directly on the Strip, very convenient and fast. It is located in the same room as the Panda Express restaurant.
I loved the flavor of the rice and beans mixed with the spicy sauce (nice) and the meat.
Excellent economical and good solution if you are in Las Vegas. Possibility to sit and eat on site.“

“Just had an amazing dinner at Marigold fine Indian cuisine. The food was authentic specially paneer tikka masala and mango lassi and full of flavor, but what really stood out was the service. Ujwal was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and made great recommendations. Definitely coming back!“

“I like to go here because me and my husband can share one bowl and be full. I like it because you can get however much topping. you want, and they don't charge you extra unless you ask for extra meat. It's like three dollars and some change and worth it. Sometimes, I buy a large Tortilla and make it into a burrito for me.
With a lot left over for my husband. Don't let them make you rush through the line. If you want more of something, just tell them. You can even get extra sauce or whatever in a souffle cup if you don't want it on your bowl. My husband doesn't like a lot of sour cream, and I do, so I always ask for sour cream on the side. Sometimes I like to switch it up and get tacos, and I didn't even realize that you could get crunchy, taco shells.“

When I arrived tonight to pick up order it still needed to be paid for... the manager and staff ran out the store to bring me my order instead of me having to go all the way back to work to get payment. “Chipotle: "Where the Steak Bowls Are Fire, but the Bathroom Is an Olfactory Crime Scene..."

Walked into Chipotle craving that perfect balance of spice and satisfaction. Ordered my usual—feeling like a king, that finally found the holy grail. Everything was fine... (until nature called).

I asked for the code and then stepped into the bathroom, and at first glance, it seemed fine—relatively clean, stocked with paper, even an uneventful floor. (But then... it hit me).

A smell so rancid, so ungodly, that my soul nearly left my body. It wasn’t your standard “someone had too much hot sauce” situation. No, this was something deeper, something evil. Like a forgotten sewer-pipe burst and was sealed up with only a prayer and a bucket of lemon-scented bleach. A paradox of cleanliness and pure, gag-worthy horror.

I held my breath like a Navy SEAL in training, handled my business at record speed, and burst out the door like I had just escaped a haunted house.

(Chipotle, I love you, but whatever ghostly stench haunts that bathroom, you need a priest or exorcist, not just a mop...)

Would I eat here again? Absolutely. Would I use the bathroom? (Only if my life depended on it)...

We had a wonderful conversation about her many years at Chipotle and how much she loves the company. Her ability to multitask while serving our food and tending to another customer on the door dash was very impressive, and she was always smiling. “I just wanted to share my experience of this chipotle. This is by far my favorite chipotle out here in Vegas. I drive past 2 other chipotles just to come here. Though the workers are young they are the best batch of young adults. They’re always smiling and the young lady on the line today came from the back washed her hands and proceeded to take my order. Last time I had to ask the older woman to wash her hands after she walked from the lobby back behind the counter WITH her gloves (the only bad experience I’ve had). But it was so refreshing going through the line w the two ladies you had today. And the smell of the food when I walked in. Omggg I’ve a chipotle fanatic and It reminded me of the OG chipotles … IYKYK .. Anywho thank you for having at least one chipotle in Vegas worth it !“

“As always, Chipotle serves quality food at a reasonable price. As a celiac, I eat here gluten-free quite often. My go-to is a chicken bowl with brown rice. I ask the server to change their gloves and carry my bowl all the way through. Just be careful of the toppings that they put their hands into (Cheese and lettuce) as they may be contaminated with gluten. Wish there were more Chipotles near me.“

“Honestly the best and nicest Chipotle I've been to in las vegas! From the looks, the bad reviews are from when everyone was being trained. So, maybe I just came at the perfect time after.Clean, friendly staff, good music, and didn't have to wait in a huge line even at lunch time with it decently steady.

“This Chipotle is always awesome! We feel like we get a lot of bang for our buck, which is a huge win for our family. As Las Vegas streamers with four teenagers, this is the one spot everyone can agree on—great food, generous portions, and a quick, reliable meal every time!“

“I always choose the bowl because the burritos are HUGE! The ingredients are fresh and they give you as much as you want. The bowl is enough for two people to share for a light lunch. The new chicken on the menu is flavorful. They give you a big scoop of guacamole for a good price. Highly recommend!“

It’s the staff that’s overwhelmed and understaffed that brought the possible negative services. Short on staff! This is a management problem. Not enough people means short on items.

There was only one person doing all the plate from beginning to end!?! Non-stop cue from 6-9pm during rush hours. Salute the staff doing all the plates by him/herself.“

“Still, one of the best spots for a low carb delicious option. If I need something quick, then I'll grab Chipotle to fill that gap for food done quickly. Can get busy, but good places usually are.

Fun Fact: While not officially promoted, there are secret items that regulars often order, like the Quesarito (a burrito wrapped in a cheese quesadilla) or the Nachos. These items aren't listed on the regular menu but can often be made by request.“

“The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was vibrant. Despite the restaurant being busy as usual, the service remained exceptional. I am giving a 5-star rating, as the staffing challenges were clearly beyond the team's control.

A special commendation to the young woman with glasses—her work ethic, positive attitude, and dedication stood out. She managed multiple responsibilities efficiently and with great professionalism. However, it was evident that additional support would have been beneficial. Perhaps the cashier or another team member could assist during peak hours instead of remaining in the office or back of the kitchen.

Overall, I truly appreciate the effort put in by the staff, especially this outstanding employee. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!“
