Was made uncomfortable purchasing a membership due to the insistence of taking the executive membership. It was like buying a car. I felt so intimidated by the refusal and selecting the gold star. Then the rep seemed irritated with me because I didn't or wasn't able to add the Costco app at that time as he requested that I do and also requested I give him a credit card visa to add to my account. I feel like all Costcos are busy and full of people.. but this Summerlin location is just too much. No matter what time of day you come in, it is crowded. It's hard to find a parking spot. Sometimes, the lines for gas go all the way out into the street. It's just hectic! I try my best to get what I can order online and deliver to our home, but some items can not be delivered, so we have no choice but to go in.

Costco is always awesome. I wish they ran their self checkout the way others Costco do in other places for a faster in and out experience. Employees are hot and miss. Some people love being there and some seem to hate it. Why? Who knows?
