“Baked BBQ Buns remain to be the star of our meals at Tim Ho Wan. We enjoyed the Deep Fried Eggplant with Shrimp and Fried Pork Chop. Despite the restaurant being in the casino, it does not smell like smoke. Although, if we have kids in tow, it would be nice to have a door facing the parking so we can enter without passing the casino.“

“My favorite dim sum place for the moment because the food is fresh and they have delicious duck and the service is very attentive and it’s clean and plenty of parking in the front… I went on a Wednesday at about 1 PM and it was busy but we got seated and we ordered about seven items and a side of duck and some tea and it was $72 but the quality was delicious so if you’re in the mood to eat some Chinese dim sum this is a place!!!“

“This little tucked-away dim sum spot was a delightful find while looking for a quick bite after a long day at work. I spied their cute little store sign while driving by and decided to stop for a take out order of shumai, hargow, beef cheong fun and chicken feet.
The lady who took my order was friendly, and a delight to chat with as she bustled around preparing my order, and shouting back and forth with another unseen lady in the kitchen. (I'm of the opinion that an authentic Chinese restaurant experience is incomplete without people shouting from the kitchen, lol)
No Chinese aunties with carts here, but honestly, it's too little of a restaurant for there to be enough room for anyone to try to maneuver a cart around anyhow. And it doesn't even matter because the food in my order was piping hot and clearly freshly made. So much so that everything was still perfectly warm and juicy after a 20 minute drive home.
The shumai and hargow were plump and juicy, and flavored just right where any added sauces weren't necessary, and the beef cheong fun was soft, lightly chewy and generously sized. The chicken feet was just the right amount of melt-in-your-mouth tender, without being mushy or overly seasoned, as can sometimes happen with this dish.
If their other dim sum offerings are of the same quality as what I ordered, you can bet I'll be visiting this place again. ❤️“

“OUR NEW FAVORITE IN LAS VEGAS!
We haven’t had great Taiwanese food in the United States. This is such an authentic spot (my husband has been traveling to Taiwan for many years)! Everything was phenomenal, well cooked and perfectly seasoned.
The popcorn chicken, handmade noodle soup, dumplings, xiao long bao, and beef with broccoli and fried rice were what we ordered.
You can even see the chefs through the glass window making the noodles fresh each time. The space is beautiful and clean.
100/10“

“I was a bit disappointed there were no crabs and lobster but everything was good. I did ask for a la carte and one of the waiters.said they didnt have a la carte. Only to see the other table with a la carte dish afterwards. Service was on point. They were on top of cleaning up. Yin, the waiter, was the best. He understood high level service.“

“I had such a great experience here! The food was delicious, authentic, and full of flavor, but what really stood out to me was the service. It was truly the best I’ve ever received in the U.S. The staff was warm, attentive, and made me feel completely welcome. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this restaurant to friends and family!“

“Worth the trip off the strip for authentic dim sum and trolleys that run to the tables during all open hours. Be adventurous ! The best food may be something you have never tried. Food taste and quality is excellent and a fraction of what you will pay a commercial kitchen on the strip that is just trying to copy this authentic food. Excellent.“

“We ordered carry out here. Had the tofu skin wraps, very good and interesting. We also had the curry hot pot and that was good. It had eggplant in it not our favorite, but we ate it!! The general tso chicken was very good. Haven’t had anything like it.“

“Located a little way out in Durango (a 20 min Uber ride from the strip), this local chinese joint serves authentic Cantonese food - chef & staff all hail from Guangdong province in China so everything on the menu is the “real” thing! Clientele is also mostly Asian & the standout dish was their roast duck. Succulent, juicy with skin so light & crispy. There was little fat & we were told that the chef has been experimenting for years to get the right kind of duck & to treat it properly to get them this juicy with less fat on the skin. Truly well worth the journey here just for the duck. We were a group of 9 & ate our fill for less than $30/head (tip included). Serving portions are huge! Overall a most enjoyanle family style meal - comfort food that hits all the right spots if you are after an authentic Cantonese meal!“

“Consistently solid, with some standout dishes you won’t find anywhere else.
I’ve been getting takeout from Fortune for a couple of years now, mostly for their roast duck and BBQ pork (char siu) — still some of the best you can get in Las Vegas in terms of quality and value. Nothing on the Strip touches their BBQ for the price, so that alone has kept me coming back.
Recently, I decided to dine in again and explore more of the menu, including dim sum and a few specials.
🥟 Dim Sum
The dim sum brought me right back to my Hong Kong days. Overall, I’d rate it around 8/10, with standouts including:
- Chicken feet in black bean sauce
- BBQ pork pastries
- Shrimp har gow
Some vegetable dishes were a bit under-seasoned, but the rest of the items made up for it quickly.
🍚 Must-Try Dish: Beef Marrow & Truffle Fried Rice
This dish deserves its own category. Rich, aromatic, and unlike anything I’ve had outside of Asia — absolutely worth ordering.
🦀 New Favorites from My Latest Visit
I came back recently and tried a few new things:
Spicy Fried Crab Special — delicious and full of flavor. Just note that it’s served over chilies and fried peanuts, so avoid if you have nut allergies.
Crispy Fried Noodles (Hong Kong Style) — a big hit with my family. We ordered two plates. Solid 8/10, and while the Wynn’s Red 8 version is a 10/10, it also costs almost twice as much.
🐶 Dog-Friendly Bonus
They allowed me to bring my small lap dog inside the restaurant — huge convenience points.
Fortune is a reliable 4-star spot whether you’re dining in or taking out, with certain dishes (like the BBQ and the beef marrow fried rice) that earn a full 5 stars on their own. Great value, consistent quality, and a few “hidden gem” dishes that keep me coming back.
Highly recommend giving it a try — and don’t skip the roast duck.“

“If ever you're at the Venetian and looking for Chinese/Asian food, this place should be at the top of your list. Food comes fast and delicious. Definitely hits the spot when your cravings for rice inevitably comes gnawing at you. The Venetian is also near/connected to The Sphere, so if you're done with your show there, you know where to head off to next. :) Diodee Edang was a gracious host. Hongkong Cafe is in good hands with her at the helm. Did we forget to say the food was delicious?? Seriously. Go. Now. :)“

“I went at 4:30pm on a Tuesday. My friends and I shared the orange chicken, bbq pork fried rice, beef and broccoli and honey glazed pork. 2 of us are from east coast and this wonderful meal reminded us of home! Most Asian cuisine in Las Vegas is California healthy junk with no flavor. The delicious honey glazed pork was just shy of almost dry that it had a nice texture when eating and smooth flavor. The orange chicken had a great tangy flavor and happy crisp texture. Will definitely came again!!!“

“Noodle Asia is located in the Venetian Las Vegas Hotel.\n\nThe restaurant is pretty loud, but it’s a fun and lively kind of noise that makes the place feel energetic.\n\nThe service matched the lively atmosphere. Everyone on the staff, including the host, was friendly, attentive, and always on the move.\n\nWe sat at the bar and ordered a Tsingtao, unsweetened iced tea, BBQ Pork Buns, and Xiao Long Bao pork dumplings. Tsingtao is one of those beers you either like or you don’t—I like it. The unsweetened iced tea was crisp and not bitter. The buns and dumplings took about 10 to 15 minutes to steam. The buns seemed handmade, since they didn’t have the perfect seal or smooth finish you see with factory-made ones. The BBQ sauce was light, so it worked well with the buns and pork instead of overpowering them. The soup dumplings were full of flavorful broth and pork.\n\nI had a great dining experience and will happily eat at Noodle Asia again.“

“This modern restaurant sited in the Fontainebleau casino let you dive into the tradition of dim sum. It really offers a great choice of it, excellent tasteful dim sum. The dough has the right consistency and flavour, a nice stiky al dente dough, and the stuffing is a delicate explosion of flavors. The scallop Shumai are great and the Xiao Long bao absolutely delicious, filled with such a tasteful broth inside. Surely it is expensive compared to the off-strip dim sum spot, but it worths a try.“
