Great ambiance just hate cigarette smoke! It's a bar/lounge atmosphere. Employees are fantastic, seating is comfortable, they have live music on Thursday night and it's usually Jazz. The classic hamburger and wings are excellent!!
My bar in 1999 through 2006. I've moved and it is difficult to visit the bar from my side of town. Miss seeing the regular customers.

Found this place from a local recommendation. I will definitely add this to my rotation of places to visit every time I’m in Vegas. First, the service is the best you will ever find. The staff is absolutely amazing. The food is very good. The hamburger was probably one of the best hamburgers I’ve had. And atmosphere! Just stopped by anytime and found out what the draw is. This is old Vegas at its finest. Forget the strip.

Dispensary Lounge is a local spot with a chill atmosphere, offering great drinks and good food at reasonable prices. The bartenders are skilled and serve strong, delicious drinks, including the popular Lemon DROP Martini and Old Fashioned. The kitchen serves superb food, including amazing burgers that are so good. The Patty Melt, served on Parmesan toasted garlic sourdough with Swiss cheese and sautéed onions, is juicy and satisfying, and the shrimp and chips basket is fried perfectly with crispy shoestring potatoes. This place is a favorite bar in Las Vegas, with a great atmosphere that is absolutely beautiful inside and perfect for those who don't like all the crazy of packed and loud spaces. Service is friendly and attentive, with fun and happy waitresses. It's a great spot for delicious bar food and a awesome staff, making it a recommended spot for a great meal and drink.
