I came to this establishment in hopes of grabbing dinner to-go. I waited behind a young mother, while the employees just kept passing us by without acknowledging us. After 5 minutes, I left.Judging by reading the other reviews, I dodged a bullet. Thank you, El Pollo Loco for saving me some money!
On October 6th or at 11:30 a.m. I came through the drive-thru had a hard night at work and immediately was welcomed by the drive-thru employee it was some young guy he was so friendly outgoing for some reason it lifted my spirits very nice very exceptional customer service but when I come to the window it was a young girl that took my money and gave me my food she was so nice as well but I looked in the back and he was smiling I said I got you it was just so refreshing for such...read full review

Work here and never have schedule on time schedule is posted the day after supposed to be so how am I supposed to know it. I can't trust website for schedule can't trust the schedule in the tiny break area so far only schedule can trust is a damn paper but how am I supposed to come in if the schedule ain't posted on time what the hell I'm losing money my coworkers are cool but the schedule is irritating cause nobody puts it up on time
