Dragon Tiger Noodle co. offers a great dining experience with the opportunity to build your own Ramen bowl. The tonkatsu broth and pork belly are flavorful, and the variety of toppings is impressive. The Birria Udon bowl is so delicious, especially with the right toppings. The cheesecake bao bun is a must-try. Dining inside is also an experience, allowing guests to cook their own meat while enjoying a cool environment. The service is excellent, with helpful explanations of the menu. Dishes like spicy noodles, wagyu, yakisoba, and sticky wings are all delicious. The staff is friendly, making it a welcoming place to revisit in Las Vegas. The restaurant is clean, and the atmosphere is enhanced by the sight of noodles being made in the back. Customers appreciate the option of to-go meals, with some noting the broth and noodle packaging as a great feature, even if the price for ramen can seem a bit high. Many visitors enjoy the fun of cooking their own meal at heated tables, and some are delighted to find zero-calorie shirataki noodles available. Overall, it is a fantastic choice for those seeking delicious and filling food, with friendly staff and vegetarian options that appeal to many.
