“My mom and aunt always go there to get donuts and coffee and they always great them with smile by this server sorry they forgot her name but my mom said she look like Filipino or Chinese but she speak Spanish also… they always got good positive vibe from her… they ask her do you never get tired of smiling she answer them No I always smile to everyone that’s a good person pls tell her thank you“

“We stopped in for their amazing avocado, toast and coffee, and we’re greeted by Anthony who was just amazing. Everyone working there was so friendly and helpful. “I want to start off this review on thanking Jhan Hernandez and Arianna villasenor who were took and served my order.

The place is in the plaza I work as security for the area local in paradise. And is always very welcoming with its well maintained environment and friendly staff.

The place is so clean and open with no clutter and has seating arrangements neatly placed for guests to charge their phones and relax.

The people are always happy when I walk in from the exceeded expectations of more than courteous customer service.

Very wide selection of donughts prepped and openly displayed neatly and orderly with easy to read signs. The meals and coffee are out of this world and always have the right tempature.

Fast and easy transactions accepting card, cash and tap to pay of all varieties. It has a drive through for cars and free wifi to chill in.

Super clean and maintained restroom along with walkways spotless. The workers severely care about this place.

Fast fresh donuts made often I suggest the brown sugar shaking espresso with light ice. Good for long shifts.

Juan Hernandez and Arianna villasenor the the most often met team members during the days of the week. These people take their job very seriously exceeding the call of duty in customer service. A tip is always given by me and seen by other customers observed by me due to how outstanding they are.

I leave this review from a critic in the area of Las Vegas that for the outstanding customer service, attention to detail and catering to customers I leave a 5/5 star review.

I waited a little bit to order and they are busy but I got what I needed and they even helped when I wanted something extra. They looked like they were just focused since there is so many orders.

“Ordered the sourdough sandwich. This is made with 2 fried eggs, bacon and white cheddar cheese. It’s enough to start the morning, good hot meal and was quick to pick up. This location gets busy in the morning rush so you may want to come a little earlier.“

“This is the very best Dunkin in town and I've tried many as I work in EMS and go all over town all day. The staff is so nice! I can tell they take care of their machines just from the fresh taste of every coffee I get. Food is never under or overcooked. Just perfect.“

She ran the front and back of the restaurant and was amazing made me the best large shaken espresso with brown sugar and the two guys who worked Sunday morning were amazing , very nice also, and made my drink amazing and thankful they made my drink first cuz I came back, but today Tuesday 2/11/25 I don’t know what he did but my drink was terrible and I ended up throwing it away but thanks for the amazing days, dude on Tuesday need to figure out how they are making it … thanks for the great experience!!!“
