“I use to work at that AZ Charlie's, and it's been up and down with employees at this location. The lady that has been there as the opener now is good. I use to get something there maybe twice a month and I have no complaints, and I will miss the employee discount lol.“

“This location always seems to have the freshest ingredients, and the customer service is always top notch if there is ever an issue with the order. While you can order inside at the kiosk, this is more of an express location and not a dine in establishment. My go to is always the bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel substituting the bacon with the snacking sweet bacon.“

“Every time I come in it is an absolute wonderful experience. I usually go to the competitor, which is closer. I stopped bye I few months ago and never went back to them. She even writes motivational notes on my drinks on some occasions, she is awesome and definitely one of the reasons i keep coming back! “I ordered breakfast here during my visit to Las Vegas Strip it was easy to locate this place and has parking in front. Very few people around 9:00 a.m. and I placed an order for avocado toast, hash browns, cheese on a croissant, and toasted bagel with cream cheese. All the orders were delivered right without any issues and very fast. Hash browns tested bad,rest all was good. Restaurant was maintained well and I see some people eating inside.“

“Our favorite Dunkin' location. They have the same menu and same slow service as every other Dunkin' but this one has very friendly staff, a large sitting area, and it's very clean. We probably go there once or twice a week.I like their Pumpkin Lattes. They're a little sweet but tasty. “I've visited this Dunkin' here and there since Jan 2014. Since then, this location has been hit or miss with the service; however, I will say that majority of the time, the service and food quality are great! I didn't bother rating/commenting on here before since my visits were way too frequent and I didn't want to update my rating for every visit (just so I could provide the community with the most recent rating/review). But, due to my most recent visit, I wanted to finally post my review and provide comments. On 9 Jun 2023, my daughter and I stopped in sometime between 9:00 am - 9:30 am. This was by far the best visit I ever had to this Dunkin' restaurant, not only because I got to spend time with my daughter, but also due to the food/drink quality and overall service. Unfortunately, I didn't get to take a picture for validation purposes, but my bagel sandwich was so perfectly made (even all around the edges) and the hash browns were actually HOT (yes, I've received lukewarm-to-cold hash browns before). Also, I didn't obtain the names of the workers but the female cashier and person (male) prepping the food were outstanding - very friendly and attentive!! Thank you for the exceptional service and food quality...definitely something I enjoy having my daughter see as positive examples of customer service. Only minor thing about this restaurant is I'm not a fan of having tables available to eat at near bathrooms - the smell and sounds isn't appealing. I didn't notice the additional dining area until midway through my meal - so it was partially my fault.“

“I love the coffee here. Good taste, great value for money & so many offers that come up. The quantity for a medium sized coffee is so much better than other places. I love the iced latte with butter pecan flavour. It's a treat! The servers are very helpful with orders and it doesn't take long. Also a must try is the mini bagels with cream cheese filling. Love it ! Usually it's a drive-thru order for me but this time I managed to take out time and enjoy the ambience which is a bit dull but clean!“
