“I ordered from here often. Love the sandwich, the customer service there can use some help. And they NEVER answer the phone. I have called multiple times ans the phone just rings. They could probably make more $$ if they answered the phone.“

“Honestly the best sub I had while in America. I had one with ham and turkey I think and it was just amazing. Warm sandwich, perfect size for lunch. “First, I want to deeply thank V. Patel, the district manager, for helping me. After placing an uber eats order, I called the restaurant to make sure they actually saw the details of my order because right before I ordered from them, I had my order BADLY screwed up by the Maryland Pkwy location. I always order a smoked turkey with double meat and extra cheese. Maryland Pkwy's location not only did not give me double meat, but the meat did not reach the ends of the sandwich. When a customer is paying $27.00 for a sandwich and then waiting 30 minutes for delivery, that sandwich had better be right! What's worse is when I called the Maryland Pkwy location to speak to the manager (the guy Hassan told me he was the manager), he told me "i did give you double meat" (i order this ALL THE TIME. I'm VERY familiar with their portions). I tried explaining to him that at this point, I wasn't even asking for it to be fixed. It is frustrating when food places do not have the integrity to check their delivery orders because the customer isn't there to complain if it's incorrect. This has led to laziness at many restaurants and it's very frustrating for customers who have busy schedules to the point where they needed to order instead of going to get it themselves. But I couldn't get a word in. Hassan did not care to hear anything I had to say, was EXTREMELY impatient with me, and was acting like I was somehow inconveniencing HIM! This location is going to give a BAD name to an otherwise GREAT franchise and I hope someone in corporate can deal with this guy. Patel at Eastern jumper at the opportunity to make the matter right and apologize profusely for something he should never have had to apologize for to begin with. THANK YOU V. PATEL!!! In the photos are the bad order from Maryland.. I know it looks good, but that is NOT double meat. I'm still waiting on the Eastern order but im sure it will be fine...“

“Update: I was able to speak with Maddie and she said they take gluten free seriously and she will speak with her team. I appreciate that for myself if I go back again and anyone else needing gluten free. They will make me a gluten free sandwich today which I appreciate.
I still can't give 5 stars only because I will have to suffer some gluten side effects for a while. But again, much appreciated for the help today.

I don't think I have ever given a one star review but my husband and I came in for the first time to try a sandwich. The gentleman taking our order was nice and it smelled really good. My husband got regular bread but I came in specifically for the gluten free since it was advertised.
We got our sandwiches and they tasted really good but I thought this is a lighter texture for gluten free. I got through about half of a half and the lady said they were going to close soon. I asked, is this gluten free. She said no and I said I ordered gluten free. She just shrugged and said he must have got it wrong and left.
We tried to find him and my husband kept saying sir, sir. He ignored us and went to the back. I won't end up in the hospital for eating half of a half but I am not going to feel very good. The whole point of ordering gluten free is because you can't have gluten. It is certainly not because it tastes better. We ended up leaving when both would not even acknowledge us. The first and last time I will visit.
Definitely anyone out there who has a gluten intolerance be careful!!! Especially when they won't even make you a new sandwich to remedy the situation. I also hate that you tip first. He was nice and all when ordering but the service when we needed help really sucked and I wish I had not given anything:(“

“I love this location, staff is very nice and the food is delicious!! Not the store's fault but I was disappointed in the app. I received a coupon that was not usable due to the app and it was only online. Plus you can only use Google to pay through the app that's ridiculous.“

“I’ve come into the store at least once or twice a week for over a year and everyone is nice when being served. Marisa and Tennessee say I make their day when I come in, and the energy is different lol. I enjoy coming in eating a great sandwich and chatting with them if they are not busy with customers. I look forward coming in when I do.“

“I've had good experiences at this firehouse sub. The sandwiches are always delicious. Staff is friendly. I've only had one questionable experience in all the times I've been there. I was supposed to get a free soda from a survey which I was charged for. I asked about it at the register and was told the owner would contact me as refunds cant be offered at the register. I wasn't ever contacted and it wasn't worth chasing down the $2. I still frequent the location just check your orders.“

“I am truly surprised to see all of these 1🌟 reviews. My family and I love Firehouse and have always had excellent service and food. My only complaint would be I didn't really feel like I got 50% off and my free cookie was missing lol...other than that. Firehouse is Awesome the food is soooo.....delicious and extremely filling.“
