Firehouse Subs in Las Vegas

“I ordered two meatball subs and asked for the meatballs to be on the side so that the sandwiches wouldn't go soggy on my way home. I didn't catch the guys name but he went above and beyond he put the meatballs in the side and added in extra cheese to melt on later and even put our seasonings in a small cup so we could sprinkle them on. He said he wanted to make sure he did it right because no one wants a soggy sandwich. most people would just throw it together but you can tell he truly cared. the sandwich was also delicious :)“

“They order things and pay with gift certificates, but they didn't know how to use them. The first time she was friendly, she was embarrassed and angry with me. It's not my fault... I like the sandwich here, but maybe it's because of my clumsiness in opening it. I was disappointed because the sandwich was so wet.“

“I’ve only tried this place once and being pregnant and super picky this place did not disappoint so we decided to come inside and eat. They’re super busy which makes sense because the food is GREAT! We were patient and greeted by I’m not sure if he’s a busser or something but Rick was SO SWEET and went above and beyond and gave my daughter a little hat. Shannon then took our order and was the sweetest person ever. From the moment we walked in until we finished our food all i can say is this place is a 10/10 and don’t let these past reviews keep you from coming in and trying a great sub! “Oh T-Mobile, your Tuesday offers are always hit or miss. I rolled through for my free sandwich (with purchase) and the app got discombobulated. So when I rolled up to the drive thru for pickup and was handed one sandwich, my confusion had the server call his manager, Veronica.She fixed the order and threw in a cookie and a drink for the trouble. Come to find out, her and her husband recently bought this and another Firehouse Subs in town.Thank you. “First time trying firehouse today and man I wish I would’ve tried them long ago … I placed my order through Uber eats.. I got the hook and ladder sub and everything was good and fresh… I just wish they gave an option through the apps to add other toppings etc. but other than that everything still tasted great… they packaged it well “

“I used to be a big firehouse subs fan until (this was a few years ago) they started reducing the amount of meat on their sandwiches. I'm proud to say they changed their ways. I usually get the hook and ladder. This is ham, turkey, and cheese. One of best parts of their subs is they come in between hot and cold melting the cheese and warming up the entire sandwich. Delicious!The ingredients for the sub are always fresh. Their bread always seems like its freshed backed. Out of all the sandwich shops I think they have the best meats. The sandwiches can be a bit pricey but with the quality and amount of food I think its worth it.“

“My kids were getting hangry and they couldn't agree on what to eat, so I saw this Firehouse while driving by and I settled it for them. My son got his usual grilled cheese kids meal, and my daughter got the steak & cheese sub. Both liked their food. The staff was ok, but they didn't seem warm and friendly. The tables and chairs also could've been cleaner. Close to UNLV Campus, it's a great location for hungry students. Yelp also offers a $7 combo for checking in... but this offer is just for UNLV Students only. I'd come back again.“
