“I ordered from here often. Love the sandwich, the customer service there can use some help. And they NEVER answer the phone. I have called multiple times ans the phone just rings. They could probably make more $$ if they answered the phone.“

I really, really, REALLY wish the app included a tipping feature like almost every other restaurant app! I don't always carry cash, but the magnificent Westland Fair crew deserves to receive customer appreciation in a tangible way - and in Las Vegas this is done through tipping!

Something to consider - when I don't have cash on my person, not being able to tip your crew has, on more than one occasion, prompted me to choose something else from an establishment that includes a tipping feature in their app. I'm just sayin'...“

“FirehousebSubs is in a league of their own. There just isn't a competitor to them. When you've had a Friehouse sub, you KNOW when you want another. The other sandwich shops are just that... sandwich shop. And that's fine but when you want a Firehouse sub... there's NO putting that fire out with anything else! Also... kudos to McCarren Marketplace for continuing to Memorialize McCarren. I don't know why we memorialize a living current government service worker when that job hasn't been successfully completed and post-mordem. AMF“

“Food was good. Service wasn't bad. The only thing I didn't like at all were the two young employees who chose to sweep and mop near me as I was eating my food. I was the only person in the restaurant at the time, they could've started in a whole different area of the floor, not right where I was sitting! Turned me completely off.“

“Update: I was able to speak with Maddie and she said they take gluten free seriously and she will speak with her team. I appreciate that for myself if I go back again and anyone else needing gluten free. They will make me a gluten free sandwich today which I appreciate.
I still can't give 5 stars only because I will have to suffer some gluten side effects for a while. But again, much appreciated for the help today.

I don't think I have ever given a one star review but my husband and I came in for the first time to try a sandwich. The gentleman taking our order was nice and it smelled really good. My husband got regular bread but I came in specifically for the gluten free since it was advertised.
We got our sandwiches and they tasted really good but I thought this is a lighter texture for gluten free. I got through about half of a half and the lady said they were going to close soon. I asked, is this gluten free. She said no and I said I ordered gluten free. She just shrugged and said he must have got it wrong and left.
We tried to find him and my husband kept saying sir, sir. He ignored us and went to the back. I won't end up in the hospital for eating half of a half but I am not going to feel very good. The whole point of ordering gluten free is because you can't have gluten. It is certainly not because it tastes better. We ended up leaving when both would not even acknowledge us. The first and last time I will visit.
Definitely anyone out there who has a gluten intolerance be careful!!! Especially when they won't even make you a new sandwich to remedy the situation. I also hate that you tip first. He was nice and all when ordering but the service when we needed help really sucked and I wish I had not given anything:(“

“I've had good experiences at this firehouse sub. The sandwiches are always delicious. Staff is friendly. I've only had one questionable experience in all the times I've been there. I was supposed to get a free soda from a survey which I was charged for. I asked about it at the register and was told the owner would contact me as refunds cant be offered at the register. I wasn't ever contacted and it wasn't worth chasing down the $2. I still frequent the location just check your orders.“

“I love this location, staff is very nice and the food is delicious!! Not the store's fault but I was disappointed in the app. I received a coupon that was not usable due to the app and it was only online. Plus you can only use Google to pay through the app that's ridiculous.“

Marisa and Tennessee say I make their day when I come in, and the energy is different lol. I enjoy coming in eating a great sandwich and chatting with them if they are not busy with customers. We wantad to go to 80s cafe but they dint have no foto ops sept for a yoda and they didnt have my fryed pbj no more and not have no lettis to make sallid so we left. We went to Fire Hose subs. Theres lots to pick from. I ordard a turky sub wif mayo on it and chips and drink. There was just 1 fella workang at the hole restarant and he kept up wif evary ordar. He made all are samichs be good and fill are belleh. I also got a browney for beang under standang about the pbj and the browney was mid. I luv browneys but it was a odd tecksher. The resta the food was deliseas thogh. I nevar ben to a Fire Hose sub bee for and now I no if I want a sub I wanna go to Fire Hose. and Fire Hose had PLENNNY of lettis and mammaw and mama bofe got sallids so 80s cafe eathar was lion or dont no how to get lettis.“
