GiMiK Republik is an Asian Filipino bar, karaoke, and restaurant that offers a lively atmosphere. The place has colorful wall murals that cater more to the younger to mid-generation crowd. The bar is decent, and there was a live band playing 80's songs mixed with Filipino tunes. The dishes were generally good, with the crispy karekare and crispy limo being highlights. However, the original sisig was deemed too oily and bland, needing more salt. Customers recommend trying the sisig liempo instead.
