Based on the reviews, Häagen-Dazs offers fabulous ice cream that hits the spot, especially in the Vegas heat. The mango smoothie is amazing, and the new blueberry lemon sorbet is a dairy free flavor that is a yum. The banana caramel sundae is solid and never a disappointment. The service is not always great, and the ambiance is in a food court, but customers go for the ice cream. The manager, James, is super friendly, has great energy, and provides the best customer service experience. He gives free samples, is informative about ingredients, and is a natural with sales and creating conversations.
