The ice cream was great. I just felt bad for the guy behind the counter with a line of people 15-20 in line waiting. The people in front of us still had him spooning them samples, he had a lot of patience with them. I ordered what I wanted and that's it, we tipped him well. I hope this place adds more employees especially when there are events and conferences at MGM.
Located in the underbelly of the MGM near the Tram station, we couldn't pass up on grabbing something cold. Flavors are no different than any other Haagen-Dazs ice cream shop. The staff working we're really nice and got our order done quickly.The downside was the price! I know it's in the MGM but a shake and a smoothie ended up around $26. Just a little pricey for what it was.

Out of most items, cash only - all of which is okay because things happen but the guy working, Franco, was all but polite. He seemed frustrated and bothered we even asked for service, although we were his only customers for a good while. Frustrating.
