“Breakfast today was awesome. I was seated promptly after entering by a smiling host named Seth. My server Paco came over and introduced himself and took my drink and food order right away. My food came out quickly and hot. Paco checked on me a few times and had a genuine conversation with me. Even though I done by myself he didn't ignore me like many servers do when they have bigger parties figuring a single female isn't going to be as good of a tip as a bigger party. It was a great experience. Thank you.“
“Tall black guy was our server. I forget names because I’m old but this guy should be the manager…Great service and attitude. The food was perfect. I really wish that IHOP had the best biscuits and gravy in the USA but I’ve been saying this for years. Someday maybe fingers crossed“

Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant has parking for wheelchairs right at the front, making it easy to get to the main doors. You won’t have to worry about any steps or curbs in your way! However, the doors aren't automatic, so you'll need to pull them open by hand. Fortunately, the staff and most of the other customers are friendly and will usually help you open the doors if you need it!“
“I saw a commercial for unlimited pancakes and I needed to come here. I chose this location just cause it’s closest and they DID NOT disappoint. It’s just like the commercial!
My server Omar did a great job welcoming us in. And he noticed that we have a newborn and offered the outdoor space for us to sit where it’s quite and comfortable. My wife and I really appreciated the service.
He said we just missed the rush and I am loving the private brunch vibe with my family.
Would recommend!

“It's an IHOP. The food certainly won't be the "best you've ever had," but it's solid. The place is clean for an IHOP. We have to rate the service 3 stars due to the fact that some of the wait staff is young and learning the ropes or too busy to go the extra mile depending on the day. It's got a good atmosphere with a pretty wide age range that frequent the place. Overall, it will do the job when you're hungry.“
“Alex was our waiter she was by far the best waitress very professional well groomed & polite! The only complaint I have is the food temperature being cold to the taste the cook/cooks need to do better customers should not have to take their food home to heat it up Alex this was not your fault you are simply amazing love thanks for all of the greatness you brought to our table“
“Service was great. Atmosphere is what you would expect for an IHOP. Clean.
Unfortunately, they may have issues with their ice cream machine. The Host was very pleasant and gave me options to fix our order, cancel the order or replace our shake with two drinks. All while he was providing service to an eating couple.

“Was there with my husband. We celebrated our 34th anniversary. It was nice. We went to one location for breakfast and a different location for dinner. The location we went to for breakfast was closed for scheduled mentanace. Both places were nice. Thank you for the staff that was nice at both locations. No, we didn't tell them it was our anniversary.“
“One thing I absolutely love about IHOP is their bacon cheeseburger and fries. Served fresh and hot, it's an unbeatable delight! Whenever I'm hungry and craving something delicious, IHOP is my go-to spot. They have never let me down.“
“Ruuuuuuun don't walk to try the PANCAKE OF THE MONTH!! The NEW ITEMS are just as good!! Do you see the size of that burrito and I swapped the caramel apple hot coco for coffee and O M G !! The whole meal was ORGASMIC!! The look on my face said it all and Dee Dee was equally just as amazing as the food. O don't forget to get the salsa, it's GRRRRRREAT!! Going back one more time for that P of the M before they are gone!! See ya there!! My 3yr old definitely approved this meal!!

“Wait time was ok. I got seated and it took longer than desired to get a drink going, maybe it was busy... The server never came to check on me after I got my food to see how things were going or if I needed anything. I thought that was basic etiquette. I asked for more lemon and honey for my tea, didn't get that. Didn't get fresh syrup which I'm used to getting.Overall the food was good but the service needs more attention to detail.“

“IHOP owes it's longevity to its fair prices, consistent quality in food and service, and a unique and private booth that somehow manages to block out other parties despite the close proximity.
Overall you can't go wrong with the decision to dine in and accept its comforts.

“Great service and location. Lots of parking and delicious breakfast that we had while waiting for the Dentist that was running 2 hours behind schedule. Still has not called me to come back but had a great breakfast here at this location and prices were fair. Handicap accessible and kid friendly. Very clean. Restrooms clean and available. First time to this location and highly recommend.“
“Eva was the best! I was also surprised and impressed with the efficiency of this restaurant they had people in and out very quickly that you did not feel rushed it was a very enjoyable atmosphere and the place has a very enjoyable atmosphere very welcoming“
