“I visited this KFC today and ordered the KFC bowl with a vanilla cream Pepsi. The food was hot and the drink was refreshing, but the standout experience was the exceptional service from one of the team members at the window. He is a very polite, attentive black employee who gets my order spot‑on every time I come. I didn’t catch his name, but if he isn’t already in a supervisory role, he definitely should be. Great job to him and the whole crew for keeping the service high and the atmosphere welcoming!“

“I don’t really go inside fast foods places and sit down to eat but I did today. And all the staff treated everyone respectfully and nicely, I felt my concerns heard.

I ordered the 3 PC tender combo with fries and a Pepsi. The tenders and fries were fresh and crispy which I appreciate“

“All the workers are very welcoming and are always happy to take your oder and they will always read you back your order to make sure that it is correct and while your oder is being taken the order is being prepared and if a mistake was made they are always there to listen and fix with what went wrong with your oder“

“Craving chicken and their famous Cole slaw. Had regular and crispy chicken pieces which were all juicy and somewhat crispy. Pretty good overall. Biscuits always really salty but I like biscuits so I eat extra salt.... Cole slaw is usually great but this one had slivers of oldish carrot in it so it gave it a slight moldy taste. Staff not too outgoing but able and willing to advise when ordering legs or thighs.“

“This location has really picked up their game! I stopped going to this location for a while as the service and quality of food had dropped off. My wife was craving fried chicken and asked me to pick up KFC chicken today.I ordered a bucket of original fried chicken using the KFC app. The app makes it so easy to order and schedule a pick up time.I was greeted by a team member right as I entered the door and asked if I was picking up a mobile order. I gave him my name and was handed my order. The food was ready at the exact time listed on the app and the food was prepared perfectly - crispy skin, tender and juicy meat. The food was still hot when I got home.The wife was very happy. Happy wife, happy life as the saying goes! Well done KFC!“

“I recently visited KFC and had a notably positive experience, largely due to the exceptional service provided by the manager on duty. I ordered from the $5 menu, selecting the two-piece chicken meal with mashed potatoes. When I requested thighs, the manager kindly informed me that preparing thighs would take additional time. I appreciated his transparency, as it allowed me to make an informed decision.
I consulted with my 82-year-old father, who was with me, and he preferred not to wait. I then requested two legs in the Original Recipe, and the manager handled the change seamlessly. What stood out most was the manager’s thoughtfulness toward my father. He went out of his way to ensure my dad’s needs were met, displaying genuine care and attentiveness that made the experience memorable.
The food was prepared quickly, and the quality was consistent with KFC’s standards—crispy, flavorful chicken and creamy mashed potatoes. The manager’s professionalism, combined with his considerate approach, elevated this visit beyond a typical fast-food stop. I highly recommend this location for its excellent customer service and would like to commend the manager for making our visit so pleasant.

“My daughter stopped by to get it to go for me. I wasn’t feeling very good. She came back with coleslaw mashed potatoes, a leg and a thigh biscuit and a Coke no ice. It was fresh very delicious. It was so good that the next day I went out and bought the same thing myself. Thank you“

“Armando went up and out of his way to serve me and my wife while, at the same time serving up food, and cleaning. His attention to detail is great and should be recognized. On the other hand, Emily barged in off her break rude and disrespectful, placing her dirty outside soda cup on the food serving counter forcefully moving me out of my way without a single word. Then I proceeded to witness Armando ask for one trash bag as a favor from Emily. Like anyone would do in a normal work environment, but she proceeded to go out of her way to be as rude as possibly by stomping over to him with an entire roll and left him standing with the whole roll even though his hands were full. Again thank you Armando for all your effort.“

“Quick service from the drive thru- staff repeated order incorrectly but I informed her of the correct request. Everything was in my bag except the honeys. The food tasted great, I had my utensil and enough napkins. This was my first KFC visit in over 2 years.“

“Not going to lie, and im not going to sugar coat this review. It is one of the best kfc I had here in vegas. I tried henderson one it is not as great due to quality and taste is really bad. The S durango location chicken taste good quality of the skin is tasty. I just hope that they cook is thoroughly due to some flour is not really cook. But all in all location looks neat, service is alright they could improve more. So I will give it a 4 star.“
