KFC in Las Vegas

“Well my order was miss half my order 2weeks to my visit so I called on the phone the next day and I got some stupid little kid telling me he was the manager but when I asked his name he didn't answer me and he didn't say is name I knew he wasn't the manager and then when I told him he was not the manager he hung up on me I was pist at this point so I called back and noone answered so I waited about 15 minutes and then I called back and the same kid answered the phone and I asked him to speak to the manager and bottom play games with me then I was told that the manager would be in about an hour so I waited an hour called back and told the manager that I had called a a kid was playing games on the phone she said there's nothing she could do about it so I began to explain what had happened to my order after being drilled like I stole something and going back and forward for over 25 minutes the manager decided to give me everything that I was missing and everything that I had order she said I could get the Whole free whenever I wanted to pick it up dear God you would have thought that I stole the Damm food I even had the receipt and time it was nice but the hell I had to go through was so unnecessary So I went back to get the food a week or so later and was integrated again but after 15 minutes I finally got my food It's bad enough that the food is Damm expensive I was told I would not have any problems getting the food when ever I went to pick it up that was not true something need to be done so customer service 🐕‍🦺 s not like being interegated like a criminal for God sakes my order what the hell is the world coming to was 48.00 dollar it doesn't matter how much I spent I had proof even if I didn't these works are not fair or right with how they treated me and it sucks to hear customer“

“Craving chicken and their famous Cole slaw. Had regular and crispy chicken pieces which were all juicy and somewhat crispy. Pretty good overall. Biscuits always really salty but I like biscuits so I eat extra salt.... Cole slaw is usually great but this one had slivers of oldish carrot in it so it gave it a slight moldy taste. Staff not too outgoing but able and willing to advise when ordering legs or thighs.“

“I always have the 3-piece big box. With mashed potatoes coleslaw and three thighs. Sometimes I asked for extra gravy to dip my chicken in. It might be approached by harmless homeless people I Believe in Loving thy neighbor and always try to help“

Every order I've ever placed was 100% correct which is a RARITY in most KFC

“I ordered a 8 piece and some other stuff. A 60 dollar order. Wanted all legs and thighs. Saw that on Tuesday I could have gotten this bucket for 10 bucks but what the heck. At bottom of my bucket were two huge breast. I hate breast and won't go back. .....3 days later the manager called and apologized . That went a long way with me so will give them a second chance.

“This location has really picked up their game! I stopped going to this location for a while as the service and quality of food had dropped off. My wife was craving fried chicken and asked me to pick up KFC chicken today.I ordered a bucket of original fried chicken using the KFC app. The app makes it so easy to order and schedule a pick up time.I was greeted by a team member right as I entered the door and asked if I was picking up a mobile order. I gave him my name and was handed my order. The food was ready at the exact time listed on the app and the food was prepared perfectly - crispy skin, tender and juicy meat. The food was still hot when I got home.The wife was very happy. Happy wife, happy life as the saying goes! Well done KFC!“

“Came in today with my kid and ordered a bucket of chicken and some sides. I must say the chicken was fantastic and I ask who was the cook . I got to tip my Hat to ANDRE keep it . I will be back tomorrow before I watch the game . Take care .“

“Ok..it is KFC...but what makes it 5 stars for a national chain fast food. Clean dining room, clean bathroom, a really friendly staff not some ho hum kids who could care less. I wanted 4 drum sticks..they gave me 4. They did it nicely and with care.What more can you ask for. I thanked them on way out, told them it was good and they received it well and smiled.You and I know that in a national chain it could have been a lot worse.“

“They were really busy tonight but the ladies running the place were doing an amazing job! Got the order right, were fielding tons of new orders from the drive-thru, online, and walk-ins without a problem. Greeted everyone quickly and helped everyone with their orders. Fantastic!“

“Not going to lie, and im not going to sugar coat this review. It is one of the best kfc I had here in vegas. I tried henderson one it is not as great due to quality and taste is really bad. The S durango location chicken taste good quality of the skin is tasty. I just hope that they cook is thoroughly due to some flour is not really cook. But all in all location looks neat, service is alright they could improve more. So I will give it a 4 star.“
