“Food here is good that is never the issue. My issue is with drive-through no matter what time of day, I’m always asked to park in the front and wait. If anything asked me to pull back and when my food is ready, I’ll pull forward to stop and start your clock.
Customer service is warm and friendly. Everyone is always very nice and respectful.“
“Mira, the manager is doing so good with the drive-through and the orders inside the dining in on top she’s very good with a customer service. I will definitely recommend this place to family members and friends.

“We were here yesterday (8/29/24) around 2-3pm, I don't remember exactly. There was only one cook and two employees (I asked their name but now can't remember, of course lol) running the place. They happened to be a little busy with a large order so we were asked to come inside to place our order. We used the kiosk inside which was easy and convenient, and our food was made fresh and hot. But I actually came to write this review about the employees we encountered. They were so friendly and kept apologizing for the wait. It wasn't even that long in my opinion. It's really hard to find good workers which is probably why they were short staffed but with their attitudes, you wouldn't even know they were probably stressed. It was the best customer service I've received literally anywhere lately. A little patience and understanding goes a long way.“
“The food at KFC hasn't tasted the way I remembered it in awhile. I actually stopped going. But the other day there were a few coupons in the mailbox so a neighbor and I decided to visit and take advantage of the proposed savings.
The gentleman behind the counter taking the order was polite and friendly.
The woman at drive thru and bagging orders was rude for no reason. It befuddles me why rude folks work in customer service jobs.
The food wasn't hot, just warm. All of Colonel Saunders seasoning, herbs and spices must have been stolen. None found their way to the chicken.
The drumstick was teeny-tiny. The wing was in an entirely different cut and shape. The breast was 3 times the normal size. The thigh was normal but all pieces lacked flavor.
The sides, Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and coleslaw lacked any food quality appeal.
It's not just this KFC, all of them, all fast food is going downhill while continuing to raise prices.“
