“I recently visited KFC and had a notably positive experience, largely due to the exceptional service provided by the manager on duty. I ordered from the $5 menu, selecting the two-piece chicken meal with mashed potatoes. When I requested thighs, the manager kindly informed me that preparing thighs would take additional time. I appreciated his transparency, as it allowed me to make an informed decision.
I consulted with my 82-year-old father, who was with me, and he preferred not to wait. I then requested two legs in the Original Recipe, and the manager handled the change seamlessly. What stood out most was the manager’s thoughtfulness toward my father. He went out of his way to ensure my dad’s needs were met, displaying genuine care and attentiveness that made the experience memorable.
The food was prepared quickly, and the quality was consistent with KFC’s standards—crispy, flavorful chicken and creamy mashed potatoes. The manager’s professionalism, combined with his considerate approach, elevated this visit beyond a typical fast-food stop. I highly recommend this location for its excellent customer service and would like to commend the manager for making our visit so pleasant.

“Jerome was quite professional in his dress, manors, well all of him. He offered to help me the minute I asked. He has great bedside manors and he deserves to have his own kfc. He's the whole package and would do great. I wish all people in fast food were like Jerome.“

“I visit June 7th, 2026 around noon in Las Vegas, NV. The young lady in the drive thru was so patient and helpful with me, so thank you! The food was so fresh and hot and the biscuits were so fluffy, mummy!

“I've visited this location numerous times using the drive thru and dine in options. The landscaping is always well done and the speed of service is exceptional. The staff are always friendly and attentive to getting the details of your order correct.Christian and the team have excellent customer service. Will be visiting this location more often.“

“It was brought out fairly quick. Only complaint was, we bought a family meal & 6 extra fish (so 14 total) and fries & cole slaw with 8 hushpuppies for $55. The fries weren't even half way full but were fresh so that was disappointing that we barely received half an order, we only got 6 of the 8 hushpuppies & the coleslaw i guess was ok. Would have been nice to receive family size sides“

“Our customer service professional was simply excellent. I had a complicated order with several special requests, and she made very helpful suggestions and was patient and accommodating. We received everything as ordered, and the food was hot, fresh and delicious.“

“Not as good of service as other locations. I came to this location to see if the chicken was any fresher than my regular location. It was slightly better, but the service wasn't as good as what I'm used to.

I'll continue to goto my regular location on Tuesdays, its closer anyway.“

“Armando went up and out of his way to serve me and my wife while, at the same time serving up food, and cleaning. His attention to detail is great and should be recognized. On the other hand, Emily barged in off her break rude and disrespectful, placing her dirty outside soda cup on the food serving counter forcefully moving me out of my way without a single word. Then I proceeded to witness Armando ask for one trash bag as a favor from Emily. Like anyone would do in a normal work environment, but she proceeded to go out of her way to be as rude as possibly by stomping over to him with an entire roll and left him standing with the whole roll even though his hands were full. Again thank you Armando for all your effort.“

“Quite literally the best KFC in town!! Food is just hot and fresh and clean inside. I loved KFC as a kid and then over the years the quality went down and I wouldn’t really go here but now I come here like every week and it’s amazing every time. Recommend this location!!“

“Usually i dont expect much. And service isnt something i would associate with kfc and a fast food joint. And this one usually had some awful people working at it. But today the employees were so nice the food was great and it turned me around on the whole place.“
