“I went through the drive-thru at KFC and Patrick was the cashier who helped me. He was very friendly, respectful, and professional throughout the entire interaction. He took the time to explain all of the daily and weekly deals, which I really appreciated, and never made me feel rushed.
Great customer service can make a big difference, and Patrick provided exactly that. He was patient, knowledgeable, and had a positive attitude. Employees like him are the reason customers keep coming back. KFC should be proud to have him on the team, and he definitely deserves a raise for the excellent service he provides.“
“Outstanding service and an amazing experience! I visited this location on July 11, about 30 minutes before closing, and I was worried that I might be arriving too late. However, the crew members were incredibly welcoming, professional, and friendly. They greeted me with genuine smiles and made me feel valued as a customer.
Not only was the service exceptional, but my order was prepared fresh and tasted delicious. The team went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience, even near closing time. Their positive attitude and dedication to customer service truly stood out.

“Jerome was quite professional in his dress, manors, well all of him. He offered to help me the minute I asked. He has great bedside manors and he deserves to have his own kfc. He's the whole package and would do great. I wish all people in fast food were like Jerome.“
“I was surprised when the manager showed up, since most fast food restaurants don't bother. Rubén was something else; his eyes, his smile, his charming voice... I just want to be in his arms forever. I'm 100% coming back for his chicken, I'll dip the hell out of it in my favorite sauce.“
“I've visited this location numerous times using the drive thru and dine in options. The landscaping is always well done and the speed of service is exceptional. The staff are always friendly and attentive to getting the details of your order correct.Christian and the team have excellent customer service. Will be visiting this location more often.“

“I visit June 7th, 2026 around noon in Las Vegas, NV. The young lady in the drive thru was so patient and helpful with me, so thank you! The food was so fresh and hot and the biscuits were so fluffy, mummy!
It had been a while since I had KFC and this meal did not disappoint. Great Job to the team.“
“I’ve been to a few KFC locations around Las Vegas, but the KFC on South Rainbow consistently has the best wings in town. The chicken wings were hot, fresh, crispy on the outside, and juicy inside. You can tell they hadn’t been sitting around, which makes a huge difference.
The service was friendly, and my order came out quickly. When I’m craving KFC wings, this is the location I choose. Definitely recommend giving this South Rainbow location a try. I’ll be back!“
“Very very clean KFC for it being on Lake Mead Blvd. I was greeted as soon as I walked inside by the manager Edwin. He suggested me the 12pc meal to feed my family. His service was so genuine and respectful and represents the KFC brand. When I got home the chicken was still very hot and all my ordered items were in the bag. Thank you KFC“
“It was brought out fairly quick. Only complaint was, we bought a family meal & 6 extra fish (so 14 total) and fries & cole slaw with 8 hushpuppies for $55. The fries weren't even half way full but were fresh so that was disappointing that we barely received half an order, we only got 6 of the 8 hushpuppies & the coleslaw i guess was ok. Would have been nice to receive family size sides“
“Not as good of service as other locations. I came to this location to see if the chicken was any fresher than my regular location. It was slightly better, but the service wasn't as good as what I'm used to.
I'll continue to goto my regular location on Tuesdays, its closer anyway.“

The food quality is great and the service is very timely. I would also like to point out that their store is very clean and organized, the inside is very fresh and cool which is very convenient in those Vegas heat! Staff is nice and tries their absolute best to provide quick high quality service

“Usually i dont expect much. And service isnt something i would associate with kfc and a fast food joint. And this one usually had some awful people working at it. But today the employees were so nice the food was great and it turned me around on the whole place.“
