Place is clean. Staff are polite. Fast and good service. Parking is plenty. If your looking for a quick bite then this place is an ok choice. Not the best and not bad. Price is a little bit expensive as compee to others, good portion of food. We ordered the pork, chicken katsu, spicy and not spicy poke. Macaroni and kimchi we paid like 40 dollars plus tax and tip.
Food: Always Awesome and delicious (Great Menu) I just wish you guys had a marinated spicy chicken please!
Service: Great service at most locations, it would of been a five star but becarefull when you hire people with no communication skills or not willing to attend customers with a smile.
Atmosphere: Always nice and clean, the line goes pretty quick. A much better place to eat then that other T.Madness place.

I got the medium-sized ball and ordered chicken katsu, steak, kimchi slaw, and sweet corn. The meats tasted alright (3/5), but they were at room temperature. I'm not a fan of the kimchi slaw.
The service from our cashier was good; she was patient with us, but when the line grew she asked for help and the other girl was sarcastic and rude to her.
