Not a large menu but food is good. My suggestion is to stay away from the cocktails. Had margaritas which were served in a lo-ball glass as they all are. filled to the top with ice resulting in a out three swallows per drink. If your doing beer and tacos have at it.
Had the cafe de olla and some Benedict they were delicious

Mi Barrio Kitchen & Cocktails offers a lively and inviting atmosphere, with a nice brunch/lunch vibe and good music. The decor is attractive, and the restaurant is popular with both locals and visitors, especially in the Arts District. Parking is available in front, but limited, so some guests may need to walk a bit. The staff generally provide good service; sitting at the bar is recommended to avoid wait times, especially on busy days. Service speed is impressive, with quick and efficient delivery of food and drinks, making the experience enjoyable despite a busy environment.
The menu features flavorful dishes like ribeye tacos with salsa verde, chilaquiles divorciados, and the arroz con leche pancakes, which are highly recommended. The bone marrow street corn is a surprising and earthy treat that many find delicious. For drinks, the cocktails are on point, and the bottomless mimosas offer great value. Coffee lovers will appreciate options like the brown sugar Cafe De Olla, and desserts such as French toast are also well-received.
Guests praise the overall quality, affordability, and relaxed ambiance of the restaurant. While the atmosphere is generally lively, some prefer sitting on the patio, which offers a quieter experience. Service quality can vary, as some guests noticed differences when visiting with different staff members, but overall, the food and drinks remain consistently good. Mi Barrio Kitchen & Cocktails is highly recommended for those seeking flavorful Mexican-inspired dishes, good drinks, and a chill vibe.
