Service was great. Location is Central, but looks like any other bar in the casino. Food was decent. Major points down for the fish. For Vegas strip, quality should have been better. Wasabi was average. Miso was good. Edamame was average. Tuna and ebi were average. Drink selection was average.
3.5 stars but rounded up to 4 stars for the quick service. I came to Mizuya to have a light lunch. When I arrived, there wasn't anyone at the hostess stand. I walked into seating area when a server asked if I'd like to sit at the sushi bar. Mizuya is located in the middle of the casino floor in Mandalay Bay. Food: I ordered the Chirashi bowl. The service was exceptional. Our server made excellent recommendations and we loved everything she suggested. We were very well attended to and all of the little touches really made for a wonderful evening. I recommend this for a great customer experience in a laid-back but lovely atmosphere.
