“I eat at this Panda Express often because it is close to home and with the Panda app I can order ahead then do a quick pickup. I like the food especially the orange chicken but who doesn't ? The food is always ready and hot at a great price. If you like Panda Express this is a great location!“

“Although the food was good and fresh we did have to wait a good amount of time as they had a lot of stuff empty. They were all nice employees. Bathroom clean the dinning area clean table and chairs clean under tables clean. Hate that there is not diet dr pepper.
Had to wait on our egg rolls both chicken and veggie were not ready. Line did form after we sat down and they got the rush out pretty quick.“

“Decent food for a reasonable price. I got the two entree, one side and it was more than enough for me. For the side I got half fried rice and chow mein and the orange chicken and mushroom chicken for main course. Service was prompt and tables were clean. Definitely a cheaper option for Chinese food compared to other places.“

“If you’re looking for some Asian food or some noodles then this is a great spot. The portion sizes are huge and for the prices it offers pretty decent value for money. There’s plenty of seating in the food court area but the containers used are high quality if you want to take away. A great option in the area.“

“I visited Panda Express today, and even though they were extremely busy, the team was absolutely amazing. A lot of Panda locations were closed today, so it was understandably packed, but that is not the store’s fault at all.

Despite the rush, the staff stayed professional, kind, and focused. I even saw a customer yelling at the workers because of how busy it was, and honestly, the employees handled it with so much patience and grace. They never slowed down, never lost their composure, and continued giving every customer their full attention.

They kept pushing, doing their best, and making sure orders were taken care of properly. That level of teamwork and dedication really stood out. You can tell they care about their customers, even under pressure.

“I’ve lived in this neighborhood for years. I like panda on occasion when it’s my day off and I’m out running errands. The staff is rude here. I’m not sure what it is about the employees but they’re rude to every customer. I dined in and watched it for myself for about a half hour or so. The customers are usually very pleasant and the staff just has no customer service. Food on the other hand isn’t bad. Not great for you but not a bad lunch if you’re in a pinch.“

“They had fresh, good tasting food! The customer service was good and fast, and they even cooked a dish that was empty, just for us!

Vegetarian options: You can get vegetarian food here, as well as white rice!

Parking: The parking garage nearby is usually packed full of cars, and u usually have to park far from the doors if u even can!“

“Panda Express inside the Venetian hotel grand canal shops is perfect. You have a great value for money. And it tastes very good. We took the bigger plate you have one side dish. So either chow mei or fried rice. And then you choose 3 main courses (entrees). We took the famous orange chicken. Sweat and sour chicken. Honey walnut shrimp. Some beef. All was excellent. Portion is big. Together with 2 drinks we paid 37 $. We took home the plates as it was too much for one meal.

“I am honestly shocked by some of these reviews. I have went to this location 4 times, 3 deliveries and one in person pickup. All times, the food has been hot, fresh and tasty. The one time I picked up in person a couple months back, I couldn’t believe how clean it was and when I stepped into the restaurant, literally everyone in the back raised their heads and greeted me in. They were very prompt and friendly and I have never had issues getting extra sauces like one review commented.

All it takes is asking politely and not acting annoyed if you actually want more sauce. These people don’t get paid enough to deal with your crappy attitude. I’m sure it’s company policy that if you ask for more, they only initially give you one more of said sauce but if you ask for a specific amount, I’m sure it would be no issue and the employee would happily oblige (as long as you’re not being a jerk). 5 out of 5 for me. Oh, and portions are plenty. Some people should consider portion control.“

“I still haven't found a good Chinese place to go to in Las Vegas, the few I have been to they give you a lot of food, but the taste did not explode it was kind of flat. So being from Los Angeles I went to my fall back whenever I see one out of town is I went to the Panda Express and they did not disappoint!“

“When I go here it's quick efficient and the customer service is good about a week and a half ago for the first time something on my order wasn't right the manager Hennessy took care of the mistakes in my order when I came back very quickly or without headache especially for the area it's in it's truly appreciated when I'm sure they deal with bs a lot of times over small mistakes the situation was handled in the most civilized manner.“

“This restaurant is so well maintained. I walked in and couldn't help but notice how clean everything was. I was immediately greeted and placed my order. I got a two entree combo meal which costs $12.99. For the price you do get a lot of food. I chose the super greens as my side but unfortunately they had just ran out. I ended up waiting about 5 minutes for them to prepare a fresh batch which was worth it.“

“The food is very delicious, especially Kun pow.
Chinese food can be taken away or eaten there at the restaurant. It was under renovation for a while but it is now ready. The pick up is now at the entrance to the main door, to the right. For easier.“

“Kiana was amazing at keeping the line flowing and making sure everyone got their meals in a timely and accurate manner. Normally this location is pretty slow but when Kiana was there I never seen the line go so quickly. Handled that rush like a champ 🏆“

“What can I say. We Panda once a week. Nice being recognized by staff. New location has a much larger, brighter dining area.
Don't make the mistake of using the drive thru to pick up a pre-order. They're always waiting on something to replenish...you'll be in line forever and can't turn around. Besides...they'll give you a free soft drink inside while you wait!“

“This is my comfort food.
My wife said it was the best panda Express she's ever been to
This location was super nice, they made the food fresh for us, since they were running low.
The restaurant was clean and peaceful.
Since some of the food was slow they gave us free drinks while we wait.
The cream cheese rangoons were heavenly, and the new seasonal item, the spicy beef dumplings were a perfect blend of spice and umami.
I totally recommend it!
I got the honey sesame chicken, kung pao chicken and Beijing beef. My wife got the beef and broccoli, the orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp. All of it was amazing! The flavors are much deeper than I would normally expect outside of a sit down experience.

“Just your run-of-the-mill food court style Panda Express. They do keep the food warm and fresh and they serve spam musubi as a menu item. Quantity of the food served is pretty okay. My only issues are that when the customer volume is large, they tend to skip to the next person in line or confuse your order with another customer's, and it does need to be addressed. Another issue is that the price is a little too expensive for the main entree items because this serves a college student population and it doesn't serve too well for a "quick lunch" classification.Edit 23 April 2019: The spam musubi and potstickers are enough for a quick lunch. I did not appreciate them until my days before graduating. Extra star added.“

“I got a bowl with chow mein and mushroom chicken on Wednesday 10/2/24, around 4pm and the staff were soooo great!!! They were friendly, answered questions thoughtfully, and made a great bowl of fresh food. I thought I kept my receipt in my bag, but I’m pretty sure I threw it away and forgot (?) so not able to do the online survey, BUT I hope this review finds your managers because the two young women at the counter were the best!
Ambiance got a 3 because I’m not the biggest fan of casinos and that’s obviously a personal preference lol.“

“This reminded me of the old Panda Express recipes!! The Rice was not undercooked or bland as it has been over the years. The orange chicken and walnut shrimp were immaculate 😋. My son enjoyed their chow mein. The service was very friendly, and there was plenty of seating. We sat there for a few minutes due to a fundraiser we were having and enjoyed the ambiance. I would highly recommend this location and their food!“

“I normally order online but they were close to closing so i went in and ordered in the store. All the staff were nice - they were out of the new singapore shrimp but made a fresh order for me -plus JUANITA discounted an order of walnut shrimp which i appreciated. I was pleased! “Convenient location. Parking is tight. Some of the orange chicken doesnt have meat in them. Beijing Beef is a little dry. Fried rice is a tad salty from soy sauce. Overall it really isn't bad. The quality is not as Good as the one on Centennial. They taste the same of course. The store is well kept, clean floors and tables. The staff are nice.“

“Came to this location because my 90 year old mom was hungry. (we're Chinese) and she knows this company's reputation for good food from California. So this was our first time at this location and at first, we saw all Hispanics working, so we were hesitant. She ordered 2 side combo, I ordered 3. She has dentures and hard to chew food...but she had NO problem eating her chicken and noodles, because it was cooked perfectly! I had the 3 sides combo, and decided to try the shrimp & beef dish. WOW, it just looked and tasted awesome! I normally don't eat seafood but seeing it on the serving line was too hard to pass up glazed in some kind of red sauce. The shrimp was soft like melting in your mouth, beef was tender and not tough like some restaurants! Staff were very nice to all customers during the hectic lunch hour rush, cleaned the area constantly while taking food temps on the line. The cashier was crazy nice to my mom and me being very patient. Again, I recommend this location to everyone.“

With two cooks and a cashier, this left one poor woman alone on the serving line to fill everyone’s orders. She was a trooper but it still took a bit longer than usual to get through the line. This location has more of a lunch vibe to it so I imagine they’re staffed better during lunch hour.“
