“Walked by in the casino and decided to stop in. I'm allergic to a lot of BBQ ingredients (not traditional BBQ but fruits and whatnot that most places add) so I was pleasantly surprised to know that this place is all traditional BBQ in its preparation. I had the Brisket Baked Potato and it was so incredibly delicious. The brisket melted in my mouth. If I wasn't so full I would have ordered a second one! My husband had a Cuban sandwich and downed it in record time. Our server Ryan was attentive and sweet, understanding of the full menu and preparation of the food, which put me at ease. Would absolutely recommend and go back. Definitely seems like a fun place for sports viewing as well.“

“Unforgettable Dining at STK – Cosmopolitan Las Vegas I had the absolute pleasure of dining at STK inside The Cosmopolitan today at 6 PM, and it was truly one of the best steakhouse experiences I’ve ever had. I started with the Caesar salad and the maple-glazed bacon appetizer—both incredible. The Caesar was crisp and perfectly balanced, while the bacon was thick-cut, smoky, and sweet with just the right amount of richness to get the evening started right. For entrées, I ordered both the Australian Wagyu Flat Iron and the A5 Japanese Wagyu, and let me just say—wow. The Australian Wagyu was deeply flavorful, tender, and beautifully marbled. But the A5? “Service was impeccable. We both chose a red snapper for dinner. The fish was so fresh and beautiful! Bright clear eyes, almost felt like it was just pulled out of the water. We began with the Roasted Prawns. Perfectly cooked, lightly charred, with a nice hit of heat, just enough to wake up the pallet but not enough to burn. Next was the Caesar salad. Although a very tasty dressing, I was not a fan of the texture of the black kale. My snapper was cooked perfectly, flaky and tender, with the skin browned. The skin was a bit flabby, not crisp, but that was okay, because I don't eat the skin. It was filleted beautifully into two lovely fillets. Seasoned just the right amount to not overpower the delicate taste of this yummy fish. We ordered the crispy potatoes as a side. These were wonderfully seasoned, bright and flavorful, crispy and crunchy. Just the perfect accompaniment to the Snapper.“

“Service was excellent.....food was good but we were 6 adults, 4 locals and 2 from out of town. We were looking forward to visiting and catching up with our friends but the restaurant then placed a family with 3 children and a baby right by us and we couldn't even hear each other...kids were screaming and yelling...the restaurant could have sat us or them in another area...at that time there was room to do it.....we couldn't even hear ourselves talk so it was very disappointing for the price we paid for breakfast was ridiculous....$65. Included tip for a small burrito and a vegetable omelet and coffee.....we were disappointed“

“What a gem! From the beautiful restaurant decor to the excellent friendly service and authentic Thai food, everything was perfect.

If you want really good authentic Thai food in Vegas, I think this is the place you should try out. I don't believe a reservation is needed but it was quite busy when we walked in. The food is priced very reasonably.

Note, they have a huge menu of very fancy cocktails and mocktails and usually have the Buy 2 Get 1 Free deal.“

“I live 1/4 of a mile, and walk by everyday but I'm ? clowns because I'm not a homeless drug addict walking on Fremont one of these things are not like the other. I would like to try a Pizza here but it doesn't look welcoming to me. Cadillac Pizza in Golden Nugget is good. Navy Veteran intimidated of a restaurant seems kinda odd.“
