fun atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious pho and fried egg rolls (can make into lettuce wrap) . Chili sauce was a bonus.
Pho You and Mi was a great find in Vegas. The food was delicious. We started with the egg rolls, both got the pho, and finished with the coconut pandan waffle, and everything was great. The ambiance was incredible and felt like a nice break from the chaos of the Strip. I'm from Orange County and eat a lot of Vietnamese food, and this held up as quality. The food was phenomenal. The ambience was dreamy. The service was the reason customers want to come back. It is better than pretentious overpriced standard you get in Vegas. The pho is the best. There are healthy portions and friendly, attentive staff. Most restaurants near the strip either suck, or are expensive, or both. This place is as good as everyone raves about. The oxtail and tendon pho with extra bone marrow fat is delish. The staff were amazing at serving customers, and the food was delicious. They could improve by offering a wider variety of dishes. Some of the best pho was had here. The raw steak and homemade meatballs are absolutely delicious, and the broth is rich and full of flavor. Customers can customize pho exactly the way they like it or choose one of their combinations from the menu. The egg roll is 12/10. The freshness and flavor are out of this world. Put the egg roll in the lettuce wrap, add the mint, dip. The pho was 9/10 overall. The texture and amount of meat is elite and thinly sliced. Veggies are fresh and crunchy. The broth was really good and a great supporting role in a great combo which was both brisket slices. Great atmosphere and even better service.
