They ask guests if they shave their pubes while misgendering them, even after being told what to refer to them as. The managers scream at you over the phone. They refuse to take accountability in what happened.
For some unlucky reason, many of my work conferences have chosen MGM Grand as the location for the past several years and it just keeps going downhill. Rooms and service continue to decline. This time my room was not as clean as it should have been. It smelled BAD and had lots of hair on the shower wall. Based on the reviews, Pieology Pizzeria at MGM Grand is a hidden gem offering a delightful pizza experience. Nestled in the tunnel downstairs, the restaurant has a homey feel with the tantalizing aroma of fresh-baked stone fire pizza. The service is top notch, with staff like Kiwan and Nate providing great customer service. Kiwan is friendly and personable and makes an amazing pizza crust. The make-your-own pizza concept allows customers to craft their perfect pie with fresh ingredients. The pizza is absolutely delicious, fresh, and incredibly soft on the palate. Options include pizza, Calzone, or salad, with vegan cheese, vegan meat, and fresh veggies available. The gluten free pizza is good, but there is cross contaminated food. The store is very kid friendly with smaller pizza options. The pizza was very amazingly amazing.
