I give thumbs up for three reasons;#3. Closer to where I live, Summerlin. No need to drive to congested area & fight for a parking spot.#2. Opens at 10:30 i/o 11:00. Wish they opens earlier.#1. Best soup, lots of meat (I always eat a combination) and good portions.This after I tried about 10 different Pho restaurants.Happy eating ?
Food/Taste/ - Combo Pho (P2) and a Make your Own Pho with tripe, brisket, and tendon (P1). The broth was great since it was clean and rich with just a hint of sweetness. They were quite generous with their protein that was tender. I enjoyed the tripe, brisket, and tendon but the SO didn't care for the meatballs. I thank you for reminding me where it is located. Pho is one of my favorite soups. Their Pho was excellent, and the family atmosphere worked perfectly for all of the grade school kids and parents. Don't mistake their service it is well organized, and your meal comes out perfect every time.
